I told the stylist Faith (a Black stylist) I needed a trim and a line. I have natural hair twists. I intentionally picked my hair out so that it would not be packed to my head. When I looked at my head, she had cut not trimmed my hair. Informed the manager (White female) the next day, came in to show her a before picture, she claimed she didn’t see any big difference. Why would I make a complaint if there was no significant difference!!

Please give Faith a raise! She's an absolute gem and stuck with my terrified 2-year-old until the job was done with the patience of an angel! Incredibly reasonably priced: $18. Tip: be sure to add yourself to the wait-list ahead of your arrival for shorter wait times!

Nakisha is a wonderful stylist at this location. She’s friendly and a good listener. She did a great job understanding how I wanted my hair. I’m very pleased with the experience!!

Walked in at 4:45 ...Name was on the list, open sign was on & door was open. Stood there waiting & watching two women who work there chit chatting..after about 2 minutes one of them looked over at me saying, "we're closed" and went back to having her conversation. This isn't the first time either that I've walked into this specific great clips within a half an hour before closing & been treated the same way. Definitely won't be returning.

Came in at 4:26 on Sunday for the scheduled appointment for 2 boys and was told it is too late to add our daughter (for a 1 inch trim). Both of the boys’ haircuts were done at 4:41pm (15 min later, Thank You!). Returned at 4:45pm with our daughter (closing time is at 5:00pm). Place was empty (no customers in chairs, none waiting). The lady at the counter stated that they are not taking any additional customers today. Watched a family come in and be told the same thing, so they left. While I sat in the car next to the entrance (about to leave), another customer came in and left being told the same from the looks of it.

Why do you even use online system if you are dropping people off the list even they arrive on time . I was 8th in line and i had 43 min of wait tim . I went there after 20 min and boom I can’t see my name on the screen . When I asked the lady in the counter about the issue , she suggested me wait 30 minutes more . If i knew I had to wait about 50 mins , I would just prefer walk-in rather than online check in. Pathetic customer service . Because of these few stores the whole brand will go down.

I didn't want to review my experience so soon, just in case the stylist knew it was me, but I know I will never enter a Great Clips again after this so there is no point in staying silent. This was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The stylist gave me a bowl cut. I gave her a reference photo of what I wanted, which gave me at least an inch of hair in the back. However, in my notes, which every stylist says they will update, but never do, say a size 3 clippers. I always say that is wrong and to never use clippers on me and to always go by the reference photo that I show them. Which is a photo of a previous haircut of mine at all angles. I show her the photos, she says she understands, goes away for a minute, comes back, and then begins to shave the back of my head. I almost cried on the spot. It was too late to say or do anything and I just let her do her thing. I'm ftm transgender. Hair is a big deal for me and my gender identity and this woman ripped that experience away from me. She apologized, said she forgot about the reference photo and went by my notes, even after I told her not to. I can't look at myself in the mirror without feeling like I'm about to cry. Sure yeah, it's the back of my head, I can't see it. But I know it's there. I know how bad it looks and there is nothing I can do about it. It was a traumatic experience. I don't think I can ever be near clippers again after this and I'm too scared to go anywhere else to get my hair fixed because I don't want it to be any shorter. I'm never going back to Great Clips, especially this one. I'm going to go to an actual salon to get my hair cut next time. I would rather pay $60 for a nice hair cut with people who actually listen to me the first time, than save money by paying $20 at a place that goes by 3 year old notes on a receipt. Please think before you get your haircut here. Speak up more and let your stylist know your preference. It is both mine and the stylists fault for not speaking up more about my hair and I wish I never walked into this place.

I really like my haircut. Nakisha is always nice and professional. She asks exactly how I want my hair cut which is great because I am older and I really need my hair cut a certain way. She tries very hard to accommodate my hair grade/age. Thank you very much.

Not at all satisfied with my haircut…Ladue Crossing Great Clips will forever be THE last resort…and I’ve been a customer for years! The lady, she never told me her name, started using the clippers to line the front of my hair. She never asked if that was what I wanted, which I didn’t ! Now my hair looks crazy! I’m furious! I usually get compliments and refer them, I’ll never do that again!

Went to get a haircut in July for my birthday. The lady chopped all of my hair (which I’ve grown for almost 5years) entirely too short. I was already nervous about cutting my hair she kept asking me about my personal life which I didn’t feel comfortable with talking about but she was getting irritated because I wouldn’t talk about my life. And now it’s been 5minths and I still remember the horrible experience every time I look in the mirror and my hair still hasn’t grown to my shoulders yet which is where I asked her to cut my hair in the first place. Makes me feel I made the bad decision by even going to great clips in the first place. I don’t leave reviews much but maybe she should see this. She claimed to work there for years. And was like 2 or 3 stations from the front on the right.
