Angry African American Racist hairdresser! I asked Sonia/Sonya to wash my hair at 2 p.m. it was 2 p.m., and they closed at 4 p.m. She said it was too late. I asked for 4" to be off, and she cut off 10"!!! I asked if she could please follow the previous style---she sail NO. AND then she totally botched the cut—it was uneven and not symmetrical. I have long hair and just wanted a trim what could be easier. She complained about her work and was on her phone. Does that sound like a professional and conscientious hairdresser? I am a young white woman, and she is an African American adult woman. YOU tell me—what was that all about? Racism! And incompetence, too.

The worst hair cut i ever had. The lady does not even know how to do a haircut. I told her to do a particular hair style and also I showed her a picture of that hair style for reference. but she did complete opposite of what i wanted. She is not even listening to customers instructions. she is just doing what ever she wants this is not a place to experiment on people’s hair. The worst saloon i ever visited i never recommend this to anyone.

Try to avoid this location. Some worst barbers work here.

I had a disappointing experience with an inexperienced lady stylist. She seemed unsure of herself and didn’t follow my instructions. The haircut was uneven and poorly done. Overall, it felt like she lacked the necessary skills. This happened to my friends too I won't be going back.

Probably the worst haircut I have ever received. I just asked for a 0 fade on the side to freshen up, ans the lady did a 1 on both sides without fading it, or switching lenghts on the machine. After 4 minutes in the chair(4 minutes for a fade!!!!!) she told me we were done. She was nice, but lack of expertise is obnoxious. I actually had a friend who js not a stylist fix that for me(imagine how bad it was). I somehow kept my cool , paid and went out. Never returning to this place.

I called and asked if I could get a shampoo and a cut and they said yes I asked if they were available and was told yes. I said great, I will be there in 5 minutes and we disconnected. I got there in a little under 5 minutes and checked right in. 20 minutes later, I get taken to the chair where I'm told that they aren't doing shampoos. I wasted my time for a very disinterested, "sorry"

Haircut was rushed, unpleasant and very rough. Definitely worth going to a hair saloon for men or somewhere a bit more expensive. At least they'll get it right.

Shelia, met her today, though I have gone to Great Clips on Old Olive for awhile, she did a great job, very professional, great personality. May have to get my next hair cut sooner. Thanks to all and Great Clips, Kevin

I have been here a few times, never been a great experience, but it’s cheap. This time though, the stylist didn’t ask how much I wanted off the top, just cut it to like 1/8 an inch from like 1.5 inches. If I wanted a buzz cut I would’ve said that. And I have come in a few times, supposedly they take notes on what you want, but I’ve never asked for a military cut before. Stylist also went really quick, leaving me to fix anywhere she missed. Didn’t ask about product after. They had no customers; they weren’t in a rush. I know it’s cheap, but this was really unimpressive.

I was a walk in and signed in for haircut. The staff is friendly and did a great job on the cut. Will return when I need another one.

Miss Sheila was UH-MAZ-ING.... I highly recommend asking for her when you go in there..... She listened to what I wanted and worked hard to get it right, while the other two (stylist and manager) didn't even want to attempt my request (a wash and blowout in 30 minutes), even though Miss Sheila had someone in her chair, and the other two didn't. I received compliments on my hair at the wedding! Thank You!

I specifically told the woman with purple hair that I did not want it cut really short because I had longer hair and she cut me really short to wear. I could feel my scalp as I specifically told her not to, and she shrugged it off as she told me to Face down she yelled at me pipe up. That’s why I rated this a 1 star
