Nicole was absolutely the rudest, most un empathetic person I’ve ever met. I came in with my mother and specifically said I do not want my length cut or touched at all and that I was only in to have my bangs fixed and blended she proceeded to sit me down and tell me she was going to cut my ends so I showed her how much I would be okay with (an inch max). She acknowledged me and then said cry about it as she cut more than 3 inches of my hair off and took my clearly long layered hair and made it a straight across mid length cut. I began to voice my frustration and confusion as I just said not to cut my length off and that I came in to only have my bangs blended and she again looked at me and said cry about it and that she was doing what she wanted and thought would be easier maintenance WHEN I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT IN FACT I ASKED FOR THE OPPOSITE I then let her finish got up and left. I called back and asked to speak to the manager to find out SHE WAS THE MANAGER. Someone who has the power to control others self image and how they view their worth is not a job someone like this witch should have! Would love to speak to you Skye (owner) because I’m sure your employee will not relay my phone call to you and I will be suing for restitution as I’ve already let your corporate office know!!

I have been going to great clips for years with no problem. I tell them I want it a little shorter, but I don't wanna look like a guy. Well now I look just like a guy. The Spanish woman says so do you want a 3 around the sides? I told her I don't know what that is. Sh says we'll I'll start with a 4 and if you want it shorter we can. I said ok. She did my right side and then handed my glasses to see it. She shaved the whole right side of my head, so now I got no choice but to do the rest of it. I am crying, I now look like a guy. Need a cheap wig.

I have my kids get their hair cut here. Staff is always friendly and try their best to do what you ask for. My 3 year old had his 1st haircut here a little over a month ago. We were worried that it was going to be traumatizing for not just him but his stylist as well. She was absolutely amazing with him. She had patience and took her time showing him what she was going to do before she did it. He did wonderful, and he looked amazing when she was done. I wish I could remember her name. Makes me so mad that I didn't write it down.

This location consistency messes up a 1 on top and a faded half on the sides. They didn’t fade the sides at all. Cut one eyebrow without asking, and then had the be reminded to cut the other one. I don’t know where they get their workers, but I wouldn’t call them stylists, maybe first day haircut trainees.

Tried to get grand daughter a trim. We sat and waited for acknowledgement. Two other people came in and were welcomed and asked about appts. We were totally ignored. We left and went down the street to another shop.

Halfway into cutting my hair, I noticed the stylist cutting through the hair where I mentioned I wanted to grow out. I reiterated that I didn't want the top length cut and that I just wanted to have the sides faded. She became extremely defensive and for the first time since we started cutting my hair combed the top of my hair out of the way. Since we started she could not have been bothered to prep my hair to ensure she didn't do exactly what I told her not to until I made a corrective comment. She was extremely passive aggressive for the remainder of the haircut and was rude. So essentially I paid for a lackluster haircut and to endure this woman's attitude. It's unacceptable.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is, I wish they had nation wide pricing. Just a wash & blow dry can vary from $8 to $45, state to state!

Effy was the rudest barber that I've ever met. She was extremely confrontational and hostile(for no reason). She did not agree with the hairstyle that we chose for our son. She completely botched his haircut. 3/10 skill rating and 1/100 for professionalism. This is extremely disappointing. I adding before and after picture...clearly looked better before. It was supposed to be a simple kid haircut... short on the back and sides, blend in and comb to the side on top. What in the world did this lady do?! Unfortunately, we have to buzz his head because this haircut looks goofy/silly. South Tampa/Gandy location

Hair was not cut as requested or styled the way I normally prefer, and I showed her a picture, and she said she didn't need to look at it. Now I have to go back sooner than I want to.

Trash, not one decent barber in the building. Will not cut your hair the way you want no matter how well you explain it. Extremely low skill set please do not waste your time coming here.
