Hair cut was ok, it's very frustrating when the stylist doesn't listen to you and thinks they know better than you about your own hair. I understand they are the professional, but if I want my hair shorter, I want it shorter, please cut it instead of making up an excuse as to why you aren't going to cut it.

I've been getting my haircut at this location for years. Everyone is always friendly and does a great job. Stephen is awesome! He always does a perfect job with my haircut. He is very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. Using the app to sign in always reduces my wait time.

I don't write many reviews unless someone has done a job worth mentioning or is someone you should avoid. Stephen is the manager of Carrollwood Commons. Great Clips does reasonably priced haircuts. I learned a long time ago that you should always find out who the manager at a store is, and generally, you will get a good haircut. When the last manager who was cutting my hair left, I found out he was her replacement. He does an exceptional job cutting my hair, and I'm very happy I learned that valuable lesson.

I walked in for a trim, not expecting too much, to be honest, but left very, very happy. Steven asked me about my styling habits, listened, and gave expert advice: then he gave me the best haircut I have had in months. He's a gem, and I was lucky to find him.

I was running errands the Saturday before Thanksgiving and decided I should get my hair cut. I went into Great Clips around 6:30 and Hugh took care of me. He gave me a great hair cut. I had a growing out pixie and he cut it so it wasn't so heavy but I could continue to grow it. It started to get busy but he took his time and was patient. I'll definitely be going back to him and recommend him.

My wife elaborated on not wanting her hair cut short. The hairdresser was too busy gossiping with another hairdresser and cut it entirely too short. It was ruined for the cruise. All she said was Oh well....it'll grow.

Stephen is an amazing hairdresser! He cuts with precision and really knows how to customize the look. I am looking for when I come in to match my hair type and face shape. He is always pleasant and professional.
