Grandmother and I took my daughter and baby cousin (7) to this location. The woman who was cutting my baby cousin's hair was very crass and when asked if she could style a few curls after the cut and blow drying, she rudely stated that she didn't have time for it and that Great Clips is not a full service salon, so no. Online states styling as a service and so did the sign in the store which stated formal styles... so which is it? Not a service or the rude stylist simply didn't wish to take the time? I rated 2 stars because the stylist my daughter had was nice and professional. My grandparents are regulars at this location. The one stylist should not be a stylist if she "doesn't have time" to actually do her job whilst being on the clock. SMH. Do better!

Checked in online prior to going. Got there and Rebecca told us to hold on a minute, then never checked us in. Proceeded to take another customer, making us wait even though we were next. Once she was done, she took another customer before us and said we were waiting for a specified barber, which we weren't. Un professional service at best.

5-stars easy as long as you either get Taylor or Janet. They typically work nights. If you don't get one of those two, you're taking your chances because I've definitely had some bad haircuts here when I've had someone else. On-line check in is awesome! Update: 7/11/24 - same experience. Took a chance on another stylist today because I missed Taylor - my mistake. Got a solid cut, but not at all what I asked for ever after showing her example pics and telling her what I wanted. At least it looks good, but same experience as recent reviewer - will have to wait a while for it grow back out to get the proper low taper with length on top that I asked for. Disappointing.

Drove all the way over here because ironically there were good reviews. Got here about 12 after open time on Tuesday 5/14/24 and no one to be found. Looked like a ghost town inside. Went somewhere else.

Love the Citrus Park location. Stylists are awesome! This review above was a few years back. The last time I went there, I walked out with the worst "old lady" layered haircut when i specifically said NO to layers. Will not go back ever.

These people do not respect or honor online check-in. I went there and they told me to wait, then three people who came after me were checked in before me. I was there before them and still they checked first. Do not waste your time there. Also, they will reply and inform you to contact customer service by email, do waste your time, they won't do anything.

I asked for and explained what i wanted and got something completely different and not what I wanted, too late to explain again. Update: 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for my hair to grow back so I can try to get a basic low fade somewhere else. This is why I hate getting my hair cut. I get my sides touched up every 10-12 days. She decided to change the whole shape of my head and cut it high-and-tight military style. Men have more than one hairstyle! Learn your craft people, and LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

I was told they don't do shampoo/styles on the weekend because they are just too busy. Even tho the sign states they would change me $10 for the shampoo and $50 for the style. I arrived at 10 minutes after 10, on a Sunday, and there were 2 people in and a father & son waiting. NOT busy at all. They open at 10 on Sunday.

So unfortunate. Just got my hair cut and was told they cancelled their Military discount. If the company thinks it's about the money, they're sadly missing the point. It's about supporting those who chose to do something others didn't. Those of us who volunteered to protect and defend didn't do it for the money. Wonderful thing about defending our way of life is I have the right to publicly give my feedback AND capitalism! Fantastic Sam's, here I come!!
