I went in for a trim on a longish pixie cut. I told the woman same cut, just a trim. She immediately cut off the wisps on the sides and the back and proceeded to give me a man’s haircut. I tried to say something and realized she did not speak English. To late. My daughter had tears in her eyes in the car and said” Mommy that is awful”. Why wasn’t I handed to another stylist if she could not understand me? The looks from co-workers are the worst. God bless them, they are to polite to say anything.

I recently took my kids to Great Clips, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. Both of their haircuts were uneven and nothing like what we asked for. It was clear the stylist either didn’t listen or didn’t have the skill to do a proper job. On top of that, I was charged $20 per haircut, even though the price is supposed to be $16.99. Now I’ll have to take them somewhere else to fix the mistakes. This was frustrating and not what I expected from a place known for quick, reliable service. I won’t be going back.

The hair stylist we got was over smart and had performed extremely terribly. My sons haircut looked terrible and you could see the marks of the razor on his scalp! Completely a joke and very pathetic.

I’ve had two haircuts here so far as a walk-in, one with Raekwon and one with Francisco. They both did awesome jobs! Attentive and kind to me while I’ve been exploring longer hair. I know it can be tough to deal with a customer who isn’t sure what they want, but they never made me feel that way. They’re both people you’d want to see 😄

$20 for a 5 minute men's haircut is way too much. They also don't accept coupons (email, print). Will have to look for other options.

Got literally the worst haircut of my life here today. The woman who cut my hair gave me a mullet when the picture I showed her for reference was a medium-long haircut. My hair is now completely unruly and I can’t do anything with it, no matter how much product I use. I will not be going back to any GreatClips location ever again after this experience. Worst decision of my life.

Mr. Fisher did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair. I did a huge chop, and it looks exactly like the reference photos. I have very thick and intimidating hair that breaks scissors. Absolutely life changer haircut, would recommend getting cut by him.

Unfortunately, the last 3 or 4 times things have changed because: The haircuts were uneven. Used a trimmer that is very noisy similar to a drill. Hurts and muffled the ears. These trimmers seems very cheap and unsharped. Scratches the skin. Used of hair dryer to blow the cut hair. For some reason pointed to the face when is too hot. It bothers a lot too. Hair gets inside eyes and mouth. Recommendations: Use better and less noisy trimmers. Use a simple brush. Original comment: The haircut for me was simple and the service was very fast. I like the appointment system.

My husband and I both got haircuts this morning at this location. Julie cut my hair and she was absolutely amazing! I never felt rushed and I felt like she really cared. My husband had a different stylist and he’s also really happy with his cut. This is the second time we’ve been to this location and both times we left happy, definitely recommend!

Raycon (sorry if the spelling is wrong) did an amazing job!! He was extremely nice and friendly. the haircut was done quickly but he payed attention to the details. Im very impressed with the quality and service. I'll definitely be back! I wish I could request him again.
