Nancy did an incredible job with my haircut! She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and even made a few helpful suggestions to enhance the style. Her precision and attention to detail were outstanding, and she worked efficiently while making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. What stood out most was how she checked in at each step, confirming things like the length and shape as she went, which made me feel confident I was in great hands.

I check in online so my wait time is short. I always ask for Laura and she cuts my hair exactly as I request. She always seems happy and it is a pleasure to be around her.

Took my daughter in for a SMALL trim. She came out looking like a boy and the haircut was all uneven .....so very uneven and absolutely terrible. I didn't get a good look at it since I was in a rush. When I got home and had a good look i immediately regretted going there. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Never going back to this location. I wish I could get my money back. Too much money spent on a botched haircut.

I went for my son’s haircut on Thursday at 6pm. The woman was so irritated and in a rush. I showed her a picture but she didn’t balance the hair properly. The hairdresser was the one with longer brunette hair and braids. Horrible customer service. She just quickly finished and went to cash counter without really making sure that the haircut was good. The salon had only 2 customers! Wonder what happens on a rush day!

Usually this place is great. However, the lady cutting my hair charged me $19 instead of the $18 posted. No reason for the upcharge, she was just being shady. Ironically i would have tipped her more if she was ethical.

Had an bad experience. I showed them a pic what style i want but the lady did what she know that’s it. And when I asked for beard trim she said I don’t have that much experience in beard shape ( I wanted tale shape). Then I went to another shop for the beard services. Completely horrible experience.

My hair is one length and all I wanted was a trim. The only lady that works there did a horrible job. I asked for 1 1/2 inch’s cut. I lost about 3. My hair was so uneven and pieces that were not even cut. I had to go get a haircut fix and spend $70 on top of the $25 for her to cut my hair. Lost about 4 lbs total. Horrible!

The customer service is so good and so helpful and understanding on how you want your hair especially jenni she is one of the best hairstylist there she is my number 1 person to go to if I did not have her taking care of my hair I’d be bald hahaha!!!

Took my kids for haircut… The ladies work there are very rude and don’t want to accept their incompetence… Don’t like their service and they don’t care about it… Sorry to say but this place just lost my business…
