The best great clips in Tucson. I’ve been to so many and it this is the best one. I have 3 that are way closer to me but I drive out of my way to come here. Everyone here gives a great haircut. You don’t have to worry about getting a bad haircut.

Gosh I can not say enough about this store! Super friendly staff always in a good mood having a good time ! You can tell they really enjoy their job. This shop is outstanding. All the stylists will give you a great cut. Never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. I used to spend over $90 for a cut that these stylists do for a third of the price. All of the stylists are friendly and they really want to do a good cut that you want. They asked you many questions and they also have notes to ensure you are satisfied. Stop in and try it out you won't regret it.

Had some very good haircuts from a variety of barbers at this location. Bittersweet because I moved back to California and had a terrible experience at a Great Clips in Pacifica, CA, where they charge $26 versus the $19 I would pay here. Emailed Great Clios customer service because it doesn't feel right that a location with inferior barbers charges more than a location with a quiver of great stylists who are likely underpaid for their skills.

Extremely rude staff. Condescending unbelievable behavior in addition they ask abrasive questions.These people are not the only barber in town so they should be humble because the less people go they will go out of business. I will not recommend this place.

The guy that acts like a girl is extremely rude!!!!!! We went Saturday around 12p.m. and he began giving us attitude just because we're weren't on the app list. My son whose a special boy began making noises and he was giving him ugly nasty looks at my son which bothered us.(Please check the cameras) I told It that there wasn't any need for his ugly behavior towards my son. It then said if we could calm him down. I told him I was trying and just walked out. I wonder if It likes it when society gives him ugly looks just because he can't accept himself for who he is??? The girl with septum piercing also has a nasty attitude. Great Clips use to be better than this trash!!!!!

There's a guy at this store named Nick he used to cut my hair real good I don't know what his problem is but he cut my hair the other day and left half my side of my head bald. Went back two days later Brianna tried to fix it no good just going to have to let it grow out needless to say I will never go back there again and Nick shouldn't be cutting anybody's hair especially since I asked him while he was cutting my hair if he enjoyed what he does and he said no well it sure shows Nick on the side of my head. Thanks a lot a******

Usually have a good experience here they do good on my hair everyone is nice But today I called cause was having issues checking in online from my phone and called to check in Nick answered very abruptly and irritated that I asked to check in was told they don’t do anything over the phone ( which is crazy in itself but it’s 2024 I get it) he told me the wait was 35 minutes online it said 9 cause when I turned my vpn off I was allowed to check in online I called back he was even more upset told me my phone was wrong which I’m sure they’re was a glitch somewhere cause 9 minutes is quick for a Sunday but his attitude just really turned me away I too work in customer service and people don’t understand we’re allowed to have bad days but at least for me when the customer polite it kinda turns my attitude around and I’m nice as can be to the customer I’m not mad about the wait time 35 minutes for a Sunday afternoon is good!! But don’t be rude to someone who is nice

Not so great clips. I'm a guy who used to have long hair. So I went in there, after having gotten gum in my hair. And cutting it out of my hair. Just expecting a clean up. I was ready for a new look. My hack job was obvious. I first asked to wash my hair. I knew this costs extra but I didn't care. She tried to shoo me away from the wash by saying "that's extra, it costs $7." So I said ok let's do that. Then she said she wanted to "cut it first so that the washing would get rid of the little hairs from the haircut." This was unusual because haircut places never turned down my request for a wash. The person seemed friendly but this was odd. So she started combing it and a pinky length piece of hair still had some gum in it. She focused on it, and started combing right through it. And it hurt. She did it mindlessly like it didn't even matter. It hurt, so I said "stop that." I thought she could tell that it hurt when you tried to pull on someone's hair. She froze like a deer in the headlights. I said "there is still some gum in there, it just needs to be cut off. At this point she said she needed to talk to her shift manager. The shift manager came over and asked me to leave. This is like two minutes into the haircut. Because she said I wasn't letting her do her job. I was like "I'm sorry?" I didn't say she couldn't do her job, I just wanted her to not try to comb through a piece of gum. Her supervisor then went on a rant about how they have to be able to comb someone's hair. A 5 year old could have cut this off and moved on with the haircut. I thought they might have encountered something like this before. Anything I said she just said the condescending "have a nice day!!" thing when they don't want to understand the customer. I literally want to go somewhere else from now on.

I should have known. It looks horrible and she cut way more than what my son asked for. It looks awful and people are telling him he should just get a buzz cut to 'fix' it. I feel bad for him.
