Normally a decent place to get a budget haircut. Today was the first time I've had a haircut by someone openly and aggressively annoyed about having to cut hair. Barely asked what I had in mind, did the bare minimum, and only pretended to make changes when I said I wasn't getting what I wanted. Sorry for inconveniencing you Nicole!

I came in and asked to get my haircut and this girl just did everything I told her not to do. I was super disappointed. Then this other coworker her name was Nichole was amazing and she fixed my hair the next day and I just wanted to complement her. I hope that the salon actually recognizes her for fixing it and making me feel comfortable and I would love to show before and after photos thank you.

Took my son 11/23/24 around 5:00 P.m. The gentleman cutting his hair was extremely rude and unwelcoming. As if he's never had to cut a restless child's hair before. I even showed the stylist what haircut we wanted from one of the haircut style booklets. He said he understood, then proceeded to ruin my sons haircut. It came out nothing like the provided example. Would not recommend this place.

Been sitting in the place for over 45mins !! We waited to get 3 children haircuts. There was maybe 3 people when we came in we waited for everyone to finish. As soon as they set up for my kids we get pushed to the back of the line becaue two online checks in came in seconds before they where going to cut my kids hair that's ridiculous and unprofessional. We waited patiently to be put last knowing we have been sitting here no apologies for having us waiting longer no acknowledgement that we are still waiting.

Love this location and ik everyone is different the one in New Mexico wasn't as friendly as this place. 1st time I went into the one at New Mexico I was embarrassed smh but this location is friendly and not as busy. Gonna be back soon

I would like to give a shout out to Lisa, she was my stylist very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am usually very nervous with getting my hair cut since it is curly. I was happy to hear that her favorite texture to cut is curly hair. So I will say if you make a visit to this location please ask for Lisa she will take care of you. I am super happy with my hair cut thank you again!!

When I come and get my haircut here, I always use Lisa. She's really nice and never fails to give me the cut I want. I definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for her.

For the last several years, I've relied solely on Talicia at this location for my styling and cuts. She's as good as a Gadabout stylist for a fraction of the cost. She also cuts my very challenging 5 year old boy's hair. She's the only person who can manage to get him to sit for a full cut. If you are a mom looking for a quality cut or if you have a challenging or even Special Needs child, come here and ask for Talicia.

I showed the young man stylist a picture of the cut I wanted. After he was finnished it looked like, Edward Scissorhands totally high on drugs cut my hair. For sure the stylist needs more training. Even the method he used was odd. Used a electric razor for a pixie, instead of scissors. To bad I cannot included pictures. Then I talked to the manager and she was in denial and rude. Felt like the twilight zone, Unbelievable and unexceptable.
