I went in today for a trim and to redo my layers and left with my hair shorter than it’s ever been. The lady just chopped away more than I asked for. She was rude from the start! I mean what should I have expected at a great clips! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I usually wait a couple weeks to decide if my haircut was good or bad. This time, the cut by Bree was excellent! It grew out just fine. She was amiable and professional, and listened to me.

I went to Great Clips this morning to get my head shaved due to chemo. I was so surprised they did not charge me. They said that's something they offer for chemo patients. I'm so impressed by them. Please, give this wonderful salon your business. What a great thing they do.

I will never go back to this place. Thanks to the very rude girl, I will probably never use another Great Clips. I tried to tell her what I wanted, and she said, "I read your notes." She assumed I didn't want to change anything. Then I tried to tell her about my bangs, and she said, " we're not at your bangs yet." Maybe she has too short of a memory to listen. Now I have to live with this cut she gave me that she didn't want to hear about. Plus, I got a shampoo. A one-handed person could have given me a better shampoo than she did. I would be very surprised if she has any good reviews

I have to say. I was impressed. I recently moved to the area and didn’t know where to go for a good haircut. Fortunately, Great Clips turned out to be a great choice. The service was great. The barber I had, Lizzy, worked and bared with me in cutting my hair. She did a great job. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Add in the fact that they noted how to cut my hair so I can get the same cut in the same style no matter when I come back and it’s a wrap. Thank you Lizzy and Great Clips. You just gained a loyal customer.

Let me 1st start off by saying I totally understand going to "low cost" establishments you shouldn't expect high end results... That being said I visited this location today 3/8/24 mind you my hair was pass my waist I requested about a little over an inch be taken off and long layers, now I've had this style for years, many hair stylists have had no issues completing the request and I'm always very content with the results not so much today!! The stylist was cordial yes and professional in that she wasn't rude at all, but really didn't make any conversation or any effort for conversation. She took about 10 maybe 15 minutes total time then when I clearly was not excited about the results and explained what I was looking for instead of correcting the issue or even asking if I wanted her to fix it she explained if she did the layers I wanted it would look "choppy" it's never looked choppy before when I've had it done... I have my nieces wedding tomorrow and I had my hair cut specifically for that but honestly I should have gone somewhere else and maybe paid more to have better results!!

Went in to get my kids haircut and I showed the “stylist” (person with absolutely no common sense) a picture of how I wanted it to look. Basically it was just a normal boys fade. The stylist did what she wanted a number 2 all the way around!!! Literally no fade just all the same length she only spent about 10mins total from start to finish and it looked like it was uneven and when I asked if it looked all the same length she blames it on the lighting in the room!!! Just literally wasted $25 on something I could have done at home with my professional clippers I bought from best buy. They’re all unprofessional and don’t care what style you want here they’re just there to get you in and out and as quickly as possible to make that $25. Avoid this place if you actually want a real haircut. If you just want a trim and you’re in a rush cool this might be the place for you.

I came here to fix my hair from it being shaved weird from having a brain surgery and Jayla went above and beyond with my ask. She was soo gentle and careful with my tender head. She was nice and friendly as well as professional. Thank you Jayla!

This location was busy this morning! There was only one young lady working. She really did an awesome job, answering the phone, keeping good time with cutting hair and doing great job on the cut. She stayed calm and happy throughout! Denise did over and beyond today!
