I regret bringing my son here after his dedication to growing out his hair. We requested a 90's boys curtains haircut and got something else. I showed a picture which shows the hair as one layer. My son ended up with many layers which look terrible after drying. It just looks bad, and I want to cry. His beautiful long hair was just chopped as if anything I showed in the picture or said as in 90's boys haircut mattered. He looked better with his long mullet than this. Why are there so many layers? That's not the right style at all.

Terrible haircut I’d rather pay $60 and tip $20 to a good barber than have one of these cheap haircuts knicks in my hair uneven fade just terrible

This is our second time going to the Tucson Marketplace salon for my husband and I. The stylists are friendly and upbeat. Crystal gave me a great haircut, it was Bev before. My husband's hair is course and curly, but his stylist was up to the task to shear his shaggy head. The parking is good, the salon is clean. We. Hacked in online and had about a 15 minute wait. We will be back. Thanks.

Hit or miss. My first haircut here was my first in years. The stylist did a great job and I loved it. I would like to have had the same person each time, but it seems like you get who you get. The second haircut was too short. It was fine, but not what I said I wanted. I tried to be more specific the 3rd time (and 3rd stylist) and while it wasn't too short, it's not a great cut. It looked okay but it doesn't lay as well as the first time. I'm undecided on a 4th visit.

This was my first time going to this Great Clips at the Tucson Marketplace. I got right in after checking in online, and Norma was excellent! I will definitely be back.

I just got my hair cut by Crystal. I showed a picture for reference and she did an awesome job matching it. She was friendly, quick and gave great tips on my new style. I Love my new hair!

Decided to try out this Great Clips for a simple fade. Got there right after it opened on a week day and there was no wait. Friendly stylist but I did feel like she just zoomed through the cut but at the time it did look good. When I got home I took a better look and it was a bit uneven but overall a good value for the price including tip.

I appreciate the affordability, but I really wish I understood how now matter what I say, I never get the haircut I ask for. I said “please leave my bangs long enough to push past my glasses,” and gestured to demonstrate what I meant. So why was her very first move to cut my bangs to my eyebrow?? I just feel like this always happens here. It’s like no one is really listening to what I’m saying or something. Very disappointing..

I took my daughter to get some simple bangs. They did an okay job, but the bangs did end up pretty uneven, and I have to style them alot to disguise.

Great clip needs to slow down we went in on a Friday and no one was in line and Thay Rush my boys haircut and did a bad job on my husband hair Thay where really good every time I go in it's always different girls!!

I just got a simple fade and trim on top Lady with that did it with really good quick and yeah I really enjoy the haircut that I got in there I don't remember her name but she did a great job and I'll be going back to her again for my next haircut

Very friendly associates.. The only way to get a chair is to go online ..they open at 8 but the app doesn't allow you to enter until 8:15. Another issue is if you allow messages to your phone you may get a coupon which for me never works because they say it's expired..I've had 3 but when I go to use it they say it's expired..jaja
