Online checkin is great! Haircut prices are a little high but every place is more now days. At least you don’t have to wait an hour at the store and can get stuff done while you are on the list. They send coupons every couple months which is great.

I have fine, thin hair. Many hairdressers don't do well with it. Louis does a good job and I drive over 10 miles just to get a decent haircut.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!! Never come again, the dude giving my brother a haircut gave the biggest attitude, although i showed him a pictrue and tell him a mid tapper, the hair wasn’t even blended out or anything, we told him to just blend it out more but then he took the taper even higher, after it was done he didn’t even bother to brush out the hair around his neck and his ear at all, i could give this place a 0 and never come back again. I couldn’t catch his name but he had clear glasses and a beard and a side part hair brownish blonde lookin like. I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR

Huge thanks to Louis. I just started experiencing some oddities with my hair (due to perimenopause) and I'm getting dandruff and my hair is dry and it's trying to decide if it's going to be curly or straight so it was a total disaster when I went in there. Louis took great care in assessing my hair situation and then made some great recommendations for taking care of my hair as I'm navigating these changes with aging. My haircut was absolutely perfect. My hair, and I, left much happier than we went in.

Louis was by far the best person I have had to cut my hair. I just went in for a simple trim, but he was very soft and gentle with untangling my hair! Any other person has just hacked away at my hair, like weeds in your yard, and he was very gentle and making sure not to cause more breakage by just hacking away at my hair! I greatly appreciated it because I have curly hair and I try to keep it as smooth and non frizzy as possible.

Used the online check-in and was in the chair ahead of schedule. That's not typical I'm guessing, someone may have cancelled or not shown up. I've been here once before and they have me on file for how I got my hair done last time. Nice feature. Conversation was fun and included the other stylist. Worth the trip

Adequate haircut, lackluster service. First, the prices on the picture on this listing are outdated. Haircuts are $19, not $16. I have never met a hair stylist SO unenthused to be cutting hair. She grilled me about my dandruff and shut down any attempt to make small talk with a negative comment. Find somewhere else to get a haircut.

Brittany was horrible with my haircut that I got bruises on the back side of the neck while trimming. I was feeling the burning sensation for the rest of the day. The haircut was also not looking good. I would not recommend this place to anyone and they don't even feel sorry and take responsibility for their actions. Please be aware of this place.

I don't know if you all have a race thing going on here, but your employee with glasses and on the chunky side here (Doesn't have a name tag by the way) acted snobby towards me and my mother but everyone else who came in is White as day and he is awfully nice with them - I'm Native American and I'm letting you all know that we are not the ones right now, not tomorrow, not ever. . . This probably won't do any good because he'll get a slap on the wrist, but what do I know? I'm only a RED SKINNED MAN after all. . . I don't think we'll be coming back any time soon after this. . . 10/28/2023 Time: 13:19 PM hours in the afternoon

Just got the worst haircut of my life. The lady kept pressing herself up against me which was uncomfortable, and then she didn’t listen and did a horrible job. I asked for maybe an inch off and she cut off four inches of hair. I asked for a hard part and you can see in the photo she only did half of a hard part. I don’t see well so I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home and my spouse said something. So embarrassing.

Made an appointment online. They said head to the salon got there and still had to wait 25 minutes. The stylist was very friendly and did a great job!

Twice I stopped the barber to show her how I comb and part my hair. Twice she disregarded my instructions. A complete waste of time and money.
