Always check in online! I've been coming here since it opened at this location. It's always clean, bright and inviting. I only wish I could get the same person every time. I like one now but I'm sure later she'll move on.

This place is horrible. My son asked for a taper and ended up with the worst fade. The lady who cut his hair even left him with bald spots under the top part of his hair. My youngest son we asked for a gentleman’s cut and they practically shaved his head. With both hair cuts we showed pictures of what we wanted and what we expected and this is the complete opposite.

Love getting my hair cut at Great Clips! I like their mobile app check-in feature, because I don't have to hang out at the shop waiting for my turn.....their system sends me a text alert when they're almost ready to serve me, so I can head over to the shop at that time. My hairdresser, Shaina, at the Valencia Market Place shop in Tucson, always does a great job cutting my hair, and it continues to look nice for many weeks, until I return for another visit! The regular price for a senior hair cut is reasonable, but I occasionally take advantage of their offers for a deeply discounted hair cut! I highly recommend giving Great Clips a try for yourself!

I received a haircut that the stylist liked - not quite what I wanted. It's close, but not. It will grow out and I will try with a different stylist the next time.

The ladies that worked today were so sweet and made us feel welcome, I appreciated that they understood we were on a budget and we're informative on products, we will be back and buying the products next time in... Great attitude and job ladies. They did not rush anyone even though you were swamped hope you all get your kuddos...

Asain lady messed up my hair real bad. doesn’t know how to cut curly hair and even after I told her don’t cut a lot of my bangs because they shrink up she cut them up to my eyebrows. She does not know how to listen or follow instructions. hated the experience.

I got my haircut yesterday by Tina, and she did an incredible, amazing beautiful job. It's been so hard for me to find someone who can cut my hair exactly how I want it between the layers and the bangs and Tina did it in 15 minutes. She is amazing!!
