I didn’t catch the name of the person who cut my hair, but they did a surprisingly good job. I usually pay more at a salon to get my haircut and great clips did a better job this time. Bravo!

Tryed to do online check in twice today. The app says check in down at this location. I called to get on list because according to app 52 min wait. Eric told me he couldn't put me on list. Told him again app says check in down. Says nothing he can do. I have been there twice since I moved to this side of town. Never again. Don't want my business fine.

Everyone at this location is Wonderful! I typically ask and wait for Eric..he's been cutting my hair for years! He's always upbeat,friendly and professonal! He knows what I like and always gives me a great cut!!

If I could give 0 starts I would! My girlfriend went in for a hair cut before the new year "so she could start the year with a new hair cut and feeling good" and now she is at home crying and saying she isn't going to leave the bedroom or go out for new years anymore. When she arrived the The lady who cut her hair ( she doesn't remember her name, but she was a "nice old lady who smelled like stale cigarettes and vanilla") was verbally upset and complaining, becuase 3 more people added themselves to the wait list when she was bringing my GF back. My girlfriend wanted her hair cut longer on top, with a fade underneath, with pointed "side burns" and everything to come to a point in the back. I don't know why she asked how she wanted her hair cut, because she did not listen AT ALL.. The lady asked her how long she wanted it, my GF told her, and she started chopping her hair off like a bowl cut and said "oh well if it's too short it will grow back"... she started to do the fade and completely shaved off one of her side burns and then said "oh did you cut this side burn off already", cause she had one on one side, but not on the other... My GF had 2 when she sat down in the chair. She did not cut a fade into her hair, rather she shaved the sides and left a patch of hair in the back under neath the bowl cut. My GF was going to try to make it to another location to either have them try to fix it or just shave it off and start over, but by the time she left the other locations were closing. My girlfriend is not one to complain to strangers. She is sitting here bawling to me instead, so I want to warn people. DO NOT LET THE NICE OLD LADY THAT SMELLS LIKE STALE CIGARETTES AND VANILLA AT THE BROADWAY AND CAMINO SECO LOCATION CUT YOUR HAIR!!!! I understand it was a holiday and everyone was ready to go home, but she showed up more than an hour before closing time with a zero wait time on the list and now her while night is ruined.

Great haircuts, obviously as long as you get a good stylist. I've gotten mostly decent ones, and occasionally some not so great.

So, this is the quality that you get? I see why there was a 1 star review 3 weeks ago as of 11/2/23. My mom gets haircuts here quite often and she doesn’t often tell me if she’s sad or anything but told me she’s depressed at how awful this is. It took me less than 1 second to realize whoever cut this either has Parkinson’s or doesn’t know how to hold a pair of scissors.

Amy butchered my bangs when I specifically told her I didn't want that much cut off she had them 2 inches above my eyebrows never will go back to that location again & if I do I don't want her touching my hair!!!!

Super happy with the fade I got from Sonia (I hope I spelled your name right, if not I’m so sorry!). She was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and I trusted her judgement and got one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Thanks for helping me look my best!

Went on late for my hair appointment, was terrified I was going to be turned away. The wonderful stylist took me. I got my perm done. Not only was the stylist friendly but the entire staff was as well. I absolutely love my hair it was exactly what I asked for
