Lilly was an absolute GEM!! She did an amazing job on my little brother’s hair & faded amazingly, we usually go to a barber but we were on a time crunch and there is not a single regret, Lilly is our new Go-To her energy & vibes are amazing!

I don’t remember his name but he was an Asian guy( not to be discriminating) I asked if he could go higher on the back and he had said no cause he thinks it looks better that way, after I had to persuade him to do it he cut it, after that I didn’t like how the sides did not blend together at all, I then asked if he could blend it together so it could look like a fade he said “no it doesn’t look good like that”, I had to explain how it’s my hair and I should decide how I like my hair for him to fix it, while fixing my hair, he felt he had to explain his 15 years of experience of cutting hair was more appealing than how I like my hair to be cut, I understand I don’t cut hair but to believe I don’t know what a blend is is insulting

I had good experiences in the past here but my most recent experience was terrible. The hair stylist gaslit me by saying, she gave me what I wanted but I couldn't see it. She gave me a bob and I asked for a shag. The two are not comparable. She took zero accountability for her lack of knowledge regarding the cut I asked for. Don't gaslight your clients - just be honest if you don't know how to do a certain cut. I'll never return to this place and I'm sad I had to take the 5 stars away.

I love this salon! All the stylists are great & fun….and Holy is the best of the best. They all have notes to guide them what your preferences are, and it works well. I get so many compliments on my hair & give references. Try ‘em! Hope you love ‘em too! I am the one in red….this was 2 days after a haircut. Cheers!

Lily is my stylist, she is absolutely amazing I never have had a complaint about any haircuts you schedule me. She should be arranged like on top for the company. I have watched the other haircuts while I'm waiting Which it doesn't phenomenal job on everybody. Patrick

Don't think I will be going back here. Checked in online. Arrived was greeted then told it's a est. 14 min wait. Ok I understand a wait. The problem lied when I had waited 30 mins and a guy comes in to get a touch up done. Take him in even though I had checked in 30 minutes ago and was only supposed to be a est. 14 min wait...My question is why have a check in and a list of order, but yet take the first person who needs a touch up that had a hair cut the week before? Doesn't make sense to me nor good for business..

The stylist Lilly was fantastic. I got my haircut exactly as I ask.She was very sweet. She took the 9$ coupon from Facebook I had it emailed to me several days before I went in. This shop only takes walk ins and was very fast. I waited about 15 minutes nothing for the job she did. There were a lot of people there and a lot of beauticians working.

Always am greeted, inform me of a wait time. I usually check in, but got there at opening time , so the wait was less then 10 minutes. My salonist was helpful in trimming my eyebrows too.
