10/10 Alice knew exactly what to do after I explained what I wanted my hair to look like, and was so informative about telling me what to ask for and what she was doing to achieve this look. Everyone was so nice, and she gave me what I wanted to a tea, with only a little explanation

Very pleasant and personable but when I got home the whole right side of my hair was longer than the rest. Had to fix what I had paid for.

Their app (and Google) say they close at 7 on Saturdays. They actually close at 6 now. I had checked in online on the app and drove there and didn't find that out until I got there. (They had tried to call me but I didn't look at my phone until I was already in the parking lot.) The staff member was nice about explaining it to me and it sounds like it's corporate's issue for not fixing it. So if anyone from corporate is reading this... please fix it.

Always a great atmosphere the ladies there are quick and good at there Job. Another thing I really love about great clips is no matter where or what state my info is saved in there system and the hair cut is fantastic every time. Zero regret and always a professional cut. 💯 recommend to everyone of all ages.

I came to Alice because the 41st & Harvard store made my children look like they were homeless. They had chunks missing and the hair they had left was so uneven. Alice not only was amazing with my children but helped fix their hair and did an amazing job at doing it. Thank you so much Alice. You’ve made life long clients!

The Service was good. Everyone was really nice in there. But There was one person that cut my daughter’s hair , They really screwed it up. My daughter asked for the dead ends to be cut off and have long layers. When she got done with her hair, it looks like a bob cut. They took around 3 inches off. There was a lady that came in. I think maybe she was manager but I don’t know. But anyway she tried to fix it. My daughter’s hair don’t grow fast at all. She was made fun of at school growing up because of her hair. She was finally comfortable with her hair. Now she is back to square one. She was crying when she got back in the van. I don’t recommend this place.

Worst stylist I've ever had there; did not hear a word I told him. Just cut my hair short. My hair is so fine and curly it will take many, many months to get it shoulder length again.

My husband went to get his haircut this morning at our regular place and they was closed being that it is the 4th of July. He thought he would try this place since they was open and very close to the other place. Bailey cut his hair and did a terrible job, my husband had to tell her it was uneven and she said I took off a half a inch, he said again it’s uneven. She didn’t take off enough at the top and was way to fast. It’s crazy that you pay $20 for a haircut and they can’t even do a good job. We will never come back to this place.

I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. I waited about 20min, there was a son and father in front me and I was impressed with the stylists patience dealing with the overwhelmed kiddo. I ended up with Ally? (Ruger the shepherds mom lol) and she was great, excellent cut, cheerful, helpful with some questions I had etc. I've never been upset coming here but I will say this was probably the best experience I've had.

My poor kid has had a lot of bad haircuts in his life (despite holding very still - stylist said he was more still than most adults are).. just walked out with the new record holder for worst. I could have done better with junk drawer scissors.

Terrible haircut. After thoroughly explaining what I wanted with hair, the stylist proceeded to just do whatever they wanted and butchered my head. When I asked to to try and fix some parts I didn't like they then cut it so much that I looked like a Sesame Street puppet with the little poof of hair on the top of my head. Had to shave my head to avoid the embarrassment. Go somewhere else and avoid looking like a muppet.

What happened to pride in making sure that person's hair looked great before they walked out of your business. Now its a 3 minute hair cut and I'm done bye lol. I never get the same person to cut my son's hair most the people here do a good job but today it was a rush job and no one was even in there . So its not like they was busy , no time was taking to fade in the hair or line him up to make sure he looked good before leaving it was cut the top a 2 and the side a 0 and im done . I always tip the person too that cuts his hair but not today . I had to clean him up at home when i paid someone to do this .

Worst haircut I’ve ever had at Great Clips. The woman who cut my hair Managed to find every single cowlick and make it stand up straight. It looks choppy and amateurish.

My 7yr old can get upset from loud sounds and too much stimuli. The stylist as so caring and put him right at ease. He loved it.
