The girl with different colors in her hair gets agitated when I had to ask her 3 times to cut my hair I will never go ther ever felt very uncomfortable I had to go to another great clips to fix her mistakes

Called to see if they were busy and the receptionist told me no. Got there in 10 minutes and I didn’t have to wait long, like 5 minutes and the hair stylist took me and listened to what I wanted and she cut my hair perfectly.

Went in for a basic men's cut. Got the absolute worst haircut in my life. The hairstylist was either not trained properly or on something. When my wife saw the cut she said, "what the hell is that"? The whole cut and experience was bazaar. Don't go there. Would give no stars if it was a option.

Be warned: DO NOT USE THE APP TO CHECK IN FOR A HAIRSTYLING. I had a ceremonial dinner to go to later that evening, so I checked in online with a 69 minute wait, number 10 on the list. I went into the store when I was number 3, waited another 20 minutes only to get into the chair to be told they can't do hairstyles when there's only 2 people working and long wait list. I waited for my turn while the other 10 people ahead of me got their needed service...now I can't get mine?!? The app doesn't let you specify what service you want when you check in, and there's NOTHING that warns you that you might not be able to get the service you need when you arrive, depending on their staffing level. Don't advertise styling services if you can't deliver them, and redesign your app to include the ability to SELECT your service request WITH A DISCLAIMER if that service might not be available. DO BETTER by your stylists. Neither of them wanted to tell me they couldn't help me, and this whole situation could've been avoided by better communication on your app. I wasted over an hour of my time that I could've used to seek service elsewhere.

Brought my son in to fix a haircut. Asked for a fade and to clean up his hairline. Did not get a fade or cleanup. Not sure what to call the cut he ended up with. I asked the gal if the fade looked right and her response was, “you tell me”. Very disappointed. Will have to wait til my sons hair grows out a bit then take him to a barbershop that knows clean lines and a fade..

I usually see Marisol at this location, who always cuts my hair the way I want it, but she was on leave so I tried another stylist. I was apprehensive about trying a different stylist and unfortunately it didn't go well. I specifically told her not to cut my bangs, that I wanted the length to stay the same but when she was done they were shorter and she thinned them out as well! My hair is already thin, so this was not good at all! Now unfortunately I will have to wait another couple of months before my hair will be the way I like to wear it and I'll have to live with my short thinned bangs. Why can't stylist do as you ask instead of going crazy with the scissors?

Asked for a trim and got botched with a haircut 6 in shorter than what was necessary. When I mentioned it, she replies to look at the floor. Then I look at a pic that was recently taken with my long hair, and realized she was just getting scissor happy. I didnt have that much dead hair. So disappointed. I always go here for my trim. No one has ever. K may need more training on listening to her customers and properly executing, not selectively. Her attitude with checking us in was noticed right away. Too expensive to be disappointed. Michelle did a great job for my son.

Checked in online, arrived 5 mins earlier than appointment time.Asked if I was checked in, replied yes. Waited 45 minutes, started seeing customers being seated after I arrived being serviced.I asked again if i was going to get cut, she said did you check in i told her I already checked in a long time ago. She said i was next and I told her I was leaving. Not worth anymore of my time. Will find a better salon for a simple trim and can keep track of customers.

Convenient. Haircuts are ok. They save your previous style electronically so you don't have to explain too much. Most of the barbers tilt their chair to the side, making it difficult to see how they are progressing, which is a bit frustrating for me. I've complained on a couple of occasions, but they did not listen. One barber sympathizes, so I try going to her.

Hair stylist told me I’m too young to have a combover and cut it without asking me, and totally ruined my haircut. Extremely unprofessional. That hairstylist should be fired.
