They need to update their hours online. Online stating Sundays open at 10am. Sign on their door stating Sundays open at 12 noon. Had to drive to another store and now have to wait. Another time I arrived 15 minutes prior to close in the middle of the week (Thursday) and they already had the door locked and we're counting the register.

Stopped in randomly to get my hair unknotted from hospital visit and Kage got me in immediately. She was gentle when unknotting it and was so nice. She did an amazing job cutting my hair as well!!!! Highly recommend

I was first introduced to Great Clips by my parents. They went to the Redmill location. My Dad was always talking about Ruby and how much he liked the way she cut their hair and how nice she was. I eventually was the one taking them and got to meet “Ruby”first hand. I was so impressed with their haircuts. Ruby always made the conversation about them and made them feel so special. I started getting my hair cut there as well and continue to love the time Rudy takes to get my cut just right. She is willing to make changes and suggestions to my hairstyle and I love how it looks when she is done.

I arrive after ten o’clock. The place is open and I see someone standing at the desk. The door is still locked and it’s pouring rain outside. The lady at the desk clearly sees me but does not have the common courtesy to open the door and let me inside. If it’s after ten o’clock the door should at least be open for customers. What makes this better is that someone was sitting in their car also waiting for the place to open. I don’t know how long this other person was waiting but shortly after I walked away they drove away. Sorry I considered giving my money to such sloppy business.

I can't understand why this location cannot retain employees. Almost every time that I have gone into this particular establishment there is always someone new and informs me that the previous stylist is no longer there. I tried to get haircut this morning at 11am on a Fri. 1 person waiting, no customers being attended to. The young lady who was holding down the fort was sweeping up the floor, she came to the desk promptly and asked if I had made an appointment. I said no. She said that they were having a staffing shortage and that my wait time would be aprox an hour. I try to be a loyal customer, but if you can't staff your business adequately to service your clientele, then I would suggest that you close this particular shop.

Did online check in on a Sunday at 11:00am. Said wait time was 86 minutes. Never got a message or call. Showed up and parlor is closed. Poor poor way to run a business. Now I have to wait another 86 minutes for another location. It’s impossible to close when you see someone on the waitlist. Absolute garbage.

Emily and Jordynn are so nice and do an amazing job! Im almost never happy with a haircut but I felt so understood by Jordynn! Emily cut my brother's hair and it has never looked better! 10/10 would recommend these ladies are great.

Minimal effort put into haircut for both of my daughters. Uneven cut for one. They don’t even shampoo your hair unless you pay extra.
