Not going to put any individual on blast but I’ll say that when you go to any barber or hair salon you expect that their tools be clean and sanitary. Half way through my haircut I noticed how disgusting the workstation was. Other people’s hair clippings all over all the tools, clipper guards, scissors, and combs. A basket full of dirty combs? What happened to a jar of barbacide? I had to shower as soon as I got home. Do better. Enough said. *This review is based solely on my last visit. I have been to this location before and had much different experiences depending on the stylist.

I've been getting my hair cut by Sheri at Great Clips, and she consistently does an amazing job. Sheri really listens to what I want and always delivers a sharp, clean cut that I’m proud of. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched, and she has a great personality that makes the experience enjoyable every time. If you're looking for a reliable barber who genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Sheri at Great Clips!

Marla was fantastic! She was able to fix my son’s hair and give him an awesome cut for school. She has wonderful customer service and a positive attitude! We will definitely only be using her in the future!

The first time I went, they had a 90-minute wait 45 minutes before closing. The second time was spectacular, though. I had Alex cutting my hair, and she was spectacular! She was super chatty and talked me through everything she was doing and how to style my hair after it was cut. I'll definitely be going back to her for future hair cuts

Listened exactly to what I wanted. Alex continually checked in with me during the style to make sure I was happy. Took her time making sure I was 100percent happy since I went rather dramatic on the new cut. Always love coming to see Alex because I know I will love how I look:)

(Haygood Location) I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Whitney cut my hair and she did a great job as usual! Her vibe is solid, she’s super friendly and welcoming and full of energy. She definitely lights up the place and she’s a blast to talk to while she’s cutting my hair.

I came in yesterday & received a great haircut from Whitney. She was training a young man on how to cut women's hair & she described the process so that he & I would understand how I wanted my haircut, She was very professional & knowledgeable. Will return soon

What a warm and inviting atmosphere. Walked in and was immediately welcomed. Kirsten Cake took care of me, giving me the haircut I was looking for (like she read my mind!) And, at a very reasonable price!

I don't always have the best experience but always pretty good for the price, but today Neera really blew me away! I'm a female with semi long pretty thick hair and came in for trim and lots of layers, she killed it ! 👌 thanks Neera!
