The curly redheaded lady with glasses should not be checking people in. Last time we were there she let guy stand there and finally said do you need something really crappy. This time I went it she just ignored me as well and acted like I wasn't there and would not check in or atleast say I will be with you or anything. She is a very rude and should have as little interaction with customers as possible. Canceled cut just because of here went to lady janes

Checked in online for a cut and it said 42 min. Ran some errands and 20min later it still said same wait time. Went to physically check in and we’ve been here waiting for almost an hour. They always seem to be short staffed at this location. They need to change their wait times to be more realistic as I wouldn’t have waited this long. Would have gone to a further location with more staffing.

Definitely recommend checking in online before arriving. Online will show you the different wait times at different locations.

I took my boys for regular ole’ haircuts, nothing crazy, no special requests. Just asked them to clean the boys up a little. I was so horrified at the hack job I just paid, left, and cried on the way home. Taking them to an actual professional to fix the absolute botch the ladies at this location performed on my sweet kids. I’m traumatized. Will never go back.

The website has a nice reservation option that holds your place in line and keeps you updated as to how long your wait will be. I only waited 5 minutes after arriving. Friendly staff, nice haircut, and a great price!

I came in last week with a previously bad haircut, Stephanie took care of me, and greatly improved my hair cut, so I can wear it curly again! She is awesome and I will be coming back to her! Thank you Stephanie 😁

The door says open Monday thru Sunday. Google says the samething. I called the store a few times noone answered and it just says you can't leave a message. Tried to take my Mom Saturday and they were closed. I called the Great Clips main number. First they said there wasn't a store on Maize road, then they said they are closed on Saturday but open at 8 AM Sunday. Went by Sunday and they don't open until 10AM and 9Am Monday thru Friday.

We've been going to New Market Square salon in Wichita, KS for my boys for many years because it's affordable and the hairdressers are usually decent at cutting hair. But, I've now had three instances where the people checking us in/out for our appointment were extremely rude. I know they are busy, but there are many different ways to talk to customers kindly and they were just plain rude. We won't be going back. There are other Great Clips near us that we'll try even if it means driving a little further.

Worst place ever. Asked for a fade on my kiddo and specifically pulled up the hair I said “I do not want the top of his hair cut AT ALL” I want a 4/3 on the sides and she said if you want me to do a 3 I’ll have to go shorter on the top??? She didn’t pull the top hair back and proceeds to cut the hair I specifically said don’t cut with the clippers. We left. All the while 3 people came back in at this time saying that this same salon messed up their hair and want a refund….
