Me and my family have been coming here for years. They are great with kids and even my parents. We have never had a bad experience here. You can check in online from your couch see how many people are a head of you then when your time is close you walk in and let them know you are here! Doing it this way we've never had to wait in store for no more than 10-30 minutes depending on staff. In the past year they have gained more lovely workers making our wait times shorter. Yes it's worth the occasional 45 min- 2 hour wait cause you can check in anywhere you just can't put your name on over the phone unfortunately.

Just don’t go here. I’ve been to different great clips locations for years and for the most part it’s fine. But they screwed both my kids hair up. My poor son has no choice but to let it grow out. It was crooked and then we asked her to fix it and this is the result. Not lined up and more crooked. Don’t want to take a chance where he has no hairline smh sad we paid for this result. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. My son’s school pictures were ruined and I paid good money. Thanks a lot “great clips”

Customer service was great thought everything looked alright got home did my hair and that's when I seen how horrible it looked. I ended up having to go get my hair fixed and ended up with my hair way shorter then I wanted it. I ended up cutting a total of 9 inches off after getting my hair fixed 😭

I drive across town to go to this place. I keep my hair pretty short, so it's not difficult. But it's the stylists and her cheerful manner that makes it worth the extra drive.

They had no patience for my son, they butchered my poor boys hair and I said trim my daughters hair, they cut 3 inches off her hair and chopped her bangs up way too short. Took me months to let my sons hair grow back in. The lady said you son cried and moved too much after I advised her how he is and she said she was great with kids and had patience for her 5 minute haircut she gave my Lil man. My daughter cried for hours when she saw what they did to her hair. Never again.

This will be the last time I try here wait time of 66 min checked in on line got text had 15 min that was at the hour mark then waited another hour so 2 hours later still not called on left without haircut

Went here for my wedding cut after cringing at a lot of barber shops prices. Honestly, didn't have high hopes for my particular "style" (skin fade), it's usually something more reserved for barber shops. Great Clips nailed it though. Knew exactly what I wanted and took care of it in less than 20 mins. The kicker also was they ended up being less than half what I would have paid elsewhere, even after the tip. A great place to get what you want at a fantastic price, highly recommend.

The haircut was good, but the customer service was terrible. I went in with my disabled grandmother, who uses a person-led mobility device. Due to the large wheels, they can track mud and things. Me and her went in, and I got my haircut, and she tracked some mud. Whenever she went back to get hers done, a worker came up and started making fun of her with a customer, in front of me. This wasn't our first time going, so I could only imagine it's happened before. I don't recommend going here if you are less physically able, and to avoid Michelle if you do. She was incredibly rude, and the one who made fun of my 76 year old grandmother.

Haircut and staff was great! But the Oder of sewer was very strong when entering the doors. They need some work done to get that smell under control. I would rather go to another location if this continues.

I had very long hair cut really short and hairdresser did an absolutely wonderful job. I was a walk in so had a little wait but it was well worth the wait. Very reasonable prices and friendly professional staff. Will definitely go back.

Love Donella she always does a great job and is very helpful if you're not quite sure about the style you want. She does her best to make sure your are completely satisfied with her work. Also the online check in is a very convenient way to reduce wait time. Especially since I don't live near the salon.

I got my hair cut at great clips on Rock road in durby they didn't cut it like I wanted I did pay for the cut went home and wasn't satisfied a couple days later I went back to c if they could take more off the lady cut long layer's and I wanted short layers so she said pay $16.00 more so I went to the great clips on 47th and broadway she fixed it like I wanted ( didn't even change me)

I recently visited this salon with my son and we both had fantastic haircut.Michelle and Kassie were very friendly and the salon system is very efficient. It is clean and neat place that delivers excellent service. Highly recommended!
