The ladies at Great Clips on 13th Street in Wichita always do a great job on my haircut! Sometimes I look like a shaggy dog and they cut my hair so that I look presentable in public ! Five stars and five stars extra for a great clip!

Checked in online. Walked in and everyone was busy cutting hair so I sat down to wait for my turn. Then the staff started pulling people who were after me on the list. I didnβt get my hair cut until 40 minutes after the estimated time on the app. Waste of time. Will not be back.

Didnβt even get my hair cut here.. walked in and was asked if I wanted to be out in the wait list, which was an hour. I said βumm noβ and walked out. But donβt think for one second me and my girls didnβt hear you mocking me as we walked out and laughing. Sorry that your so insecure in yourself that you have to make fun of people. Maybe next time just say βI apologize, maybe I could find you a better wait time at another salonβ because thatβs customer service. Maβam- if your not good at your job- maybe find another profession- like being a clown at kids parties.

While waiting turn I watched a stylist cut the hair of a young man who is on the spectrum. She was so kind, patient and attentive to his way of expressing himself. This was AMAZING!! Oh by the way I recieved a great haircut!!
