Worst haircut I have ever had at Great Clips. I will give it a minus 1 star

Wish there was a location closer than the ones in the area. Build one on south east side of town. All locations about the same distance away from me despite living in the city. This location offers instagram deals so like that they are keeping up. Wish they had more expanded hours, used to be open later in the day. Often warm inside need better air conditioning. Very hot in kansas summers. Could be more comfortable for customers while waiting.

Absolutely awful experience, terrible fade job and messed up around my son's ears and side burns enough that l did not trust them to recut his hair. Instead of offering me a refund they told me to leave! And for the condescending manager that asked me to leave when I wasn't yelling or being half as rude as she was, if you want to dispute the horrendous haircut my son has I have pictures to prove that a chimpanzee with 12 concussions and no thumbs could cut hair better than your establishment. Your corporate office will be hearing from me, shame on you and the stylist that thought his haircut was appropriate.

I’ve gone to this location since it has opened and I won’t go to another one. I’ve yet to have a bad haircut by any of the stylists. I found out that Adrian is unfortunately no longer with the company, I hope he comes back! Other than that, love coming here.

My friend went to get a trim around his ears for work because his hair was a little to long nothing off the top, he proceeded to cut all of his hair from the sides and back down to about a 3 and cut the top. Before and after picture, person in the very right. Adrian was the person that cut the hair by the way, never get your hair cut by him

I don’t expect an amazing haircut from Great Clips. Just something decent and presentable. But man, this is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. There is a Hispanic gentleman there with glasses and tattoos. I believe his name is Adrian? This is the second time he’s given me a bad haircut. I don’t know why I even came back and let him cut my hair again. This guy does not know how to fade to save his life. He can’t blend either. He needs new glasses because he doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. He cut off my side burns without even asking me how high I wanted it. This guy needs to be fired. The worst barber I’ve ever encountered. I ended up looking like a beaver. I usually leave a $5 tip every time I get my haircut but I left him $0. It was that bad. Do NOT let this guy cut your hair. If you come to this location, stay away from him!!!

Adrian did a phenomenal job fixing a bad hair cut from a previous salon. He blended out the layers and was thorough. I feel and look so much better!

Even though it's a great clips, i always get a nice, peaceful haircut. They have notes of your previous haircuts which helps a lot too!

I had been going to GC for years and always had a great experience, until Covid shut it all down. I've spent the last couple of years just trying to clip it myself but decided it was time to have a good cut for a change. First time back and the cut was every bit as good as before. My only issue was the speed at wich folks were getting taken care of - my stylist was very fast & efficient. But most were fairly slow, and even slower to get to the next client. When there's a waiting list of 10+ people and 90+ minutes , I'd expect to see a little more fire to get things moving

I paid 13.00 today and the young girl did a terrible job. And actually asking me how to cut my hair. This was after I went to the chair and told her just a trim and some light layering on top and back.

I signed in online. 10 minute wait. I arrived 5 minutes later. There was to stylist in the shop. I watched 1 stylist sweep the floor for 10 minutes. The other stylist finished the customer she had, then clock out and leave. At this point there were people waiting for a haircut. He 1st stylist finally finished sweeping and took the next customer in line. 15 minutes later she cashed him out and he left. Then she proceeded to start sweeping again. I left. Waiting half an hour for haircut when your sight says 10 minutes is ridiculous.

Let’s just start with the fact the hair stylist was super nice. But I have been crying since I left. I went in thinking I was going to get a trim. I told her I didn’t want much off the length. Tell me why I left with about 6 inches off of my hair?!?????? The haircut took about ten minutes. Shocked I couldn’t say more than thank you and leave. I am a long hair girl. Almost to my waist. Now it is right below shoulder length. Please go to a true hair salon if you value your hair like I do.

They were nice and reasonably priced, but I asked for my very long hair to be trimmed up to my elbows. He had me sit down even though I offered to stand for it. He clearly had never brushed long hair before as he kept pulling it and didn't know how to comb it without dousing it in leave in conditioner without asking first (which I had to wash out later as it was irritating me) He ruined my part before starting, so it isn't even when down and cut it 3-4 inches too short( except fit the few hairs he completely missed that I had to cut at home) I can't walk by a mirror or touch my hair without crying. It is too short for my normal hairstyles and I have a ball coming up with not enough hair to style for it. It can't even be fixed since it is too short. I am devastated. If a stylist has never worked on a hair type, they should say so rather than ruining someone's hair.

This was the worst ever haircut experience. i asked for below my shoulders and i received an uneven long bob. i was also given bangs and i did not want them. the hairstylists name is adrian. i do not recommend whatsoever.
