Heather always hooks me up with a great hair cut and she is so nice. Been coming to her for awhile now and I actively come on days I know she's working. ALL of the staff is On top of their game but Heather is special. Always a pleasure going there.

This afternoon after my Work on my way home I stopped at Great Clips on Queen St York Pa. I Believe it was around 330 ish. I walked into the shop all three stylist were Busy but quickly acknowledged me and was told someone will be with me Shortly. A few seconds later one of the ladies was checking me in. Once I was checked inI was told to have a seat. It will Be a few minutes. I nearly got My seat warm and I was called to a station. Her name was Amanda. We discussed what I normally get and we confirmed it was the style for me. From than on we talked like we knew one Another for years. So easy going but very upbeat positive ora about her. Also as I was waiting I noticed the energy coming from all three stylists very positive energy and you can tell they are enjoying what they are Doing. I not only had received a nice haircut but a kinda of a pick me up after a long day at my work. I normally visit the store on Sundays mornings. I may have to switch my days Friday afternoons. Thank you Judy for hiring such great positive individuals. But all three Amanda, Heather and I sorry I can’t recall the third persons name.

I was just at the South Queen Strren salon. Told the stylist not to cut my hair too short because then I can't cover my cowlic in the back. What did she do? Cut my hair so short I cant hide the cowlic. More than pissed. Cant put back what you take off.

Every time I'm there my son and myself always leave satisfied. I'm not sure if I can choose my own hair stylist, but that's the only recommendation I'd make. The online check-in is great too.

Ladybwho cut my daughter's hair did not listen to a thing my 16 year old wanted. She asked for 2 inches and she took off roughly 5. Unacceptable and not so much as an apology. In fact she attempted to talk my daughter into liking it. She hates it. Unacceptable.

Never have had any issue with my haircuts. But it has now happened multiple times when I will check in via the app where I will check in with about a 10-15 minute wait. Drive the 5 minutes there and find that it has changed and I have to wait 40 minutes longer. I understand 5 or 10. But it is as if multiple people are seated ahead of me making pre check-in pointless.

Rachel was absolutely terrible. Never seen someone so rushed to do a haircut. None the less I asked for a fade and I don’t think she’s touched a man’s head before because it looked like she had used the same clipper length the whole way up. She attempted to fix when I said something but honestly the worst haircut I’ve had in a long time.

Rachel was horrible. I have very long straight hair and just needed a trim with side swept bangs. She blunt chopped a huge hunk for bangs and just left it. Usually they’ll cut the bangs then pull to different angles and continue to cut, but she did not. One pull to opposite side to cut and that was it. She also didn’t use a razor to smooth the tips out and take away the bluntness of the cut and give it the swept look. What she did to my bangs looked like when a toddler hides and cuts their own hair and it’s just like geometric hunks taken out. I tried styling it at home to fix it, thinking maybe a wash and style would help because she didn’t do either. She rushed through the cut and actually did 2 cuts plus had free time during the time another employee took on my daughter, which my daughters hair looks great! Also, Rachel’s scissors hurt, which I never had before. I assume the blades were dull and it was like pulling a lot of my hair as she cut. I ended up calling back and spoke to the manager, Judy, who cut my daughters hair. She had me come back to fix it. Judy is a great stylist and did fix it thankfully. She agreed it was bluntly chopped and looked unacceptable and apologized. They did make the situation correct, but it was all due to Judy. Rachel did not even apologize and in fact had a smirk on her face when I came back. So, very unprofessional and untalented on her part.

the one stylist, Judy, is amazing!! definitely ask for her if you want a thorough consultation and someone who listens to what you want. Rachel, however, was very harsh with the person i went to get my hair done with and rushed through everything completely. She was out of the chair within 5 minutes, but it was choppy and wasn’t what she asked for at all. it seemed like she was just trying to get everyone out but not make them happy. i give Judy all my love, she should be working in her own salon! <33

I left with lopsided hair. Had to fix it myself at home and it’s still uneven.

Went in for a shape up and after I washed it it was very lopsided. Had to go back and have it fixed. Never again. Everyone nice though.
