amazing!! I came in with an idea and I didn’t need to do much talking she knew exactly what I wanted with little words. They work wonders and really give you exactly what you want!! She also hyped me up!! My visit was probably the best haircut I’ve ever had.

I have gone to many Great clips over the years because I can always count on a good haircut. Hard to believe I know but that's the truth. She was friendly and engaging and only chatty when you wanted her to be. Good haircut

Won’t be back. Took my Dad for a haircut. I explained to the stylist that he needed an eyebrow and neck trim and she neglected to do it. I mentioned it when we were paying and she asked if I wanted it done then, but my Dad was already in the parking lot. She just seemed to care about doing a fast job and not a good job. I’m not sure why, there was no one waiting.

Update 08.13.24 Very professional. They make you feel very welcomed. They make the experience pleasant and a pleasure. I always ask for gel at the end and they don't charge extra for it so this is a big plus. Previous Review: Check in online so you don't just walk in to a 2 hr wait. They are nice and fast.

I got my hair cut done by Andrea, and I loved it! I have long hair and trust very few people to cut it, she was great. She is easy to talk to, and very helpful when it comes to deciding on lengths and styles that best fit your desired look. She also kindly took into consideration personal preferences on how I like my hair to part.

I usually go somewhere else but a friend recommended that I go have Brianna Douthit cut my hair and it turned out great, I wouldn't have anyone else cut my hair now, thank you Brianna.

I usually take my children to a Great Clips location closer to my house but we stopped in and were lucky enough to meet Brii! She is not only great with children but so easy to talk to and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back, she is worth the 30 minute drive!

It's hard to find a style for my receding hair. Let alone a stylist to work magic on my big ol' noggin. But for the last four years, Andrea Melendez has been my stylist. I have followed her throughout the I.E. because SHE is the ONE! Master of the scissors and clippers. I leave her chair feeling and looking 10 years younger. I highly recommend.

Just moved to Yucaipa, this is my second visit to this Great clips location. Friendly and great service. Im in and out quickly. No complaints. Katiedan is fantastic ,great custmomer service and a great stylist thank you 👍🏻

Love coming here always fast and excellent service. All the staff is amazing and the place is always spotless and smells clean. I go every three weeks to Bri and she kills it every time, listens to what I wan and never fails to deliver an excellent cut. No need to go anywhere els when you got a place like this.

My wife doesn't recommend places but told me I had to get what little hair I have left cut by Brianna Douthit and I'm glad she did, I wouldn't even consider getting my hair cut by anyone else, great job Brianna Douthit.

Pathetic excuse for a business. They can’t take check ins properly and will give your check in time to anyone with your same first name. After all that they will lie to you about the wait time and not even blink. Do not waste your time here. Incompetence and lies do not mix well with hair cuts.

This place is outstanding. You can be sure you'll be greeted with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. The entire staff is friendly, professional and courteous. My personal favorite is Ms. Alexis L. Don’t let her “she’s too young to do a good job” appearance fool you. She’s a consummate and seasoned professional!!! Her work is always spot on and she’ll have you on your way quickly so you can get on with the rest of your day. Thanks for all you do. ‘TIL next time.
