Great Cuts Hair Salon

Today I had an appointment at this hair salon. When I went there and after a few minutes, a staff member asked me to start cutting my hair, so I told him that I would wait for another staff member because he knows how to cut my hair better. The lady told me that if you want her, you have to make another appointment for her, otherwise you can leave. It really made me sad and hurt my feelings. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will never go there again to get my hair cut. She has a very bad temper. She doesn't use proper manners, and her behavior with customers is not good.

The last time I got my haircut was about a year ago today due to a bad experience. Cecelia was the one that cut my hair today and she did such an amazing job! She was so sweet. I told her I was having a hard time with my frizz and she gave me some pointers on how to help the frizz and showed me how to put product in my hair without flattening my natural waves.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 months now. It’s been pretty quiet at the times I do visit, so I usually like to chat with Cecilia while she cuts my hair. She’s very friendly and professional. I will come back again and again.

Do not go here if you care about your hair or if you have curly hair. Their equipments are old and outdated, they will abuse you and rough your hair up, they do not care about your service but instead making money, they are vile and horrendous. They roughed my hair up so badly my head hurts and I went for a simple hair straightening and they completely ruined my hair and took my money. The lady even poked me in my eye and did not care or say sorry. I will report this business to all Washington state agencies for abuse. If you care about your wellbeing and money do not go also why are there so much men here this is not a salon for women but for men. Do not support these people they are thieves and criminals. I should’ve known after seeing how ghetto the area was truly despicable!

I have been getting my hair cut my CeCe and Celena for about 15 years! They are so nice and make you feel good about your choice of hair style or cut. They can offer suggestions on what type of cut would best suite your face shape or help you pick a good hair color change. My kids get their hair cut from them as well! They are so tender with kid heads and reassure the parents that having messy hair or knots is normal for kids and they can comb them out. They are both very kind and friendly. I have gone through many hair styles in the years either short or try to grow out (which never happens, but I try) I just came from them today to get a short hair cut and as usual she knew how I liked my short hair. Please consider them for your next beauty needs. They also do face/brow waxing and pedicures.

I had a great experience today. Called them last min and they were able to get me in within 20 mins. Cecilia did my haircut exactly the way I wanted. I showed her a picture of how I would like my hair to be and she did a wonderful job. Definitely coming back to her for all my future haircuts. Also very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
