I just came in on the fly for a women’s cut and style. My stylist Jessica did an amazing job and was so personable and kind. I’m so picky and she has me looking like a Kardashian with this mid length bob! Absolutely STUNNING haircut. She was also fast and detailed. I won’t let anyone touch my hair and I felt completely comfortable. She worked around my five earrings in each ear (I should have took them out!) like it was nothing and combed my hair softly. I will be back and referring others here. The price was also extremely fair which is rare for women’s haircuts, especially the one I got. Normally the long amount she cut off would have been much more ANYWHERE else! What a great place.

Amy has been superbly attending to my hair styling needs since 2018. Regardless of whether I grow my hair out or want it short, she always achieves the perfect cut for my features. Amy is a wonderful conversationalist and a great listener which makes the time in her chair fly by.

Amy lacks integrity. I find her to be a liar and a thief. Just about the worst haircut ever, she did exactly what I asked her not to do, not to mention the horrible shampoo she gave me. JUST AN AWFUL, PAINFUL, VERY EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE.

I have been going to Great Haircuts for over a decade and love the people there. Specifically, Amy has helped me try out multiple cuts and colors and has always done so in a kind, supportive, and professional manner. She listens to my ideas, looks at my pictures, and executes the cut flawlessly! I highly recommend Great Haircuts and Amy!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Been getting my hair cut and colored by Amy for probably a decade and now my friends and family do too! Amy is the sweetest! Remembers things I’ve told her years and years ago, always is polite and professional. Amy is the absolute best! Hard to find a stylist that gets it right every single time. She has been cutting my hair for years and won't be getting rid of me any time soon. Amy always has a smile and a friendly demeanor. All I have to say to her is "do your thing" and she comes through every time! My daughters wedding is coming up and there is no one I trust more to make me look my best!

I love this place. I've been going to Amy to have my very long (and sometimes unruly)"blonde" hair cared for since 2017. She's been the kindest, wisest, warmest, and most talented hairdresser I've ever known in my 60+ years. I particularly enjoy both her amazing shampoos that include a wonderfully soothing scalp massage AND her sweet conversations that make me feel heard. My hair always looks great. Amy, with her beautiful smile and superb skills, consistently knows just what to do to make me feel special.

I started coming to Amy 10+ years ago because I needed a new hair stylist and had a Groupon for Great Haircuts and thought "why not?!". I got a beautiful cut and highlight and Amy was so down to Earth and easy to talk to. Now, I wouldn't go to anyone else! I always leave the salon feeling my best and the price is very affordable. Amy is a beautiful soul and has comforted me in some very low times and celebrated my good times. She has become a true friend and I appreciate her kindness and talent (did I mention that she also has an amazing singing voice? :). Having never been here before, Beverly was able to not only squeeze me in as a walk-in but give me an amazing cut and style! What an amazing shop and awesome staff. Was able to meet and speak with Jerry as well. What a great place y’all have here! Would highly recommend to anyone, but call ahead as they don’t always take walk-ins. It’s worth the call!

Funny we just walked in and I'm already writing this!!!! Called in and Jessica asked my granddaughter's name. When we walked in we were greeted by a bubbly beautiful young lady smiling and so happily interacting with Nova calling her by name!!! I'm extremely impressed and feeling the love of this business!!! Glad to be here!!!!! In addition to this initial impression, down below are the photos of Nova's hair! She was so happy and sent the pics to EVERYONE! Thank you Jessica for this great experience!

My first time at this salon, and the staff was extremely friendly with great customer service! Jessica's talent was above and beyond with my new color. She was incredibly attentive, conversational, and made me feel well pampered! Prices for color were also very reasonable. She definitely earned my business!

I really want to commend the great and friendly service that Bev provided while trimming and styling my hair. I deeply appreciate the patience and attention to the details during the haircut, specially when dealing with a very tricky, very fine and heavily straight hair full of cowlicks like mine. Bev was very nice and friendly and carefully listened while I was trying to explain how I wanted my hair, which I appreciate since I'm not a native English speaker. I left very happy with the result, may hair has texture and form and Bev made it easy for me to style it by myself. I definitely plan visit back for my next trim.

Mary is the BEST hairstylist in Cincinnati!! I went from a fromp to a STUNNER! She took her time with me, discussed the haircut... And gave me more than I expected! I have been getting my haircut at Great Haircuts for the past few years. The environment is always welcoming and everyone is friendly. As someone who used to see haircuts as a chore, Great Haircuts has shown me it can be an enjoyable experience. Bev is talented and detail oriented. She takes the time to make sure I am happy with my haircut and keeps meticulous notes to remember any changes we do after each appointment. If you have asian hair, ask for BEV!!!! She is the best and takes her time listening to you before starting. She is also extremely knowledgeable in asian hair. I have been going to her for a year and so far never have had a single complaint about her work. Best barber in the Cincinnati area.
