I just moved to the city and needed to find a quick, relatively cheap haircut and was not disappointed! Ala cut my hair and she did a wonderful job based on the vague description I gave. It’s a comfortable and friendly environment to chill for a bit and get some ‘great head’. I definitely will be back!

I love visiting this salon! The owner, Vinny, is a really fun guy and decorated the place with a bunch of cool Wonder Woman art. My stylist Ala is a sweetheart and really knows her stuff. I've been getting my hair cut by her for years now. I'm a nonbinary person who usually has fun, edgy short haircuts, and she does them all well, even the fades. I always have a great time at Great Head!

Vinnie does a great job! I’ve been a regular for the last 5+ years, and have never left disappointed. They’re professional, affordable, and their 20 year reputation at this shop on Belmont should reiterate that! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a fresh cut 👌

I asked for a high fade and got a buzz cut on the sides. There was nothing faded about it. Honestly pretty horrendous and uneven. Couldn't even blend the sideburns properly. I was asked if I had a beard trimmer at home. I do, but I don't want to pay for a service and then fix it when I get home. Thanks

When I got to the salon the stylist and two customers were unmasked. I would not recommend this place for anyone conscious about containing the spread of COVID-19

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Walked in for a last minute haircut and am so satisfied with the result. Tania is a fun person and really took the time to make sure what I got was what I wanted and executed really precisely. Will definitely be back!

I was lucky enough to get introduced to Tania when I first moved here! She is amazing, and knows her stuff! Her attention to detail and skills are top notch! Let her know what you have in mind, she will be able to get exactly that, or better! I won’t be going anywhere else, and you should definitely give her a go if you haven’t already!

Nice spot, super friendly staff. Vinnie did an amazing job on my hair and beard, he doesn't just do the same cut for everyone. He really figures out the best look for you.

A fantastic haircut, great prices, and just a fun and friendly place to go. They do everything they can to accommodate you and squeeze you in last minute if need be. Even though I moved out of the neighborhood, I always come back. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
