Grace is AMAZING!!!! I did cupping and a 90 minute deep tissue. She also did hot stones which was a nice surprise. Whoever left a review about consent forms is an absolute hater and a Karen cause I will be coming back monthly it was so good.

Myself and husband got a couples massage here on my birthday last week. The staff and massage therapist; Grace and Yung (hope I got the names correct) were all very helpful and friendly. They checked with us prior to our massage to ensure we had the right pressure and that we were comfortable. The facility was so clean and relaxing. I highly recommend! We will be back.

I started off a bit skeptical because the couples massage room was small and the beds were cold and the room was chilly but my skepticism very quickly evaporated!! I get massages often and this was by far the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten. Kathy was so attentive to my back and neck pains. The pressure was perfect and they wiped all the oil off after. I’m definitely going back!

Me and my Partner come here for the couples message for $115 and it includes hot stones! We never had a message with hot stone until trying it here. They are very kind and they try to meet all your expectations it’s wonderful I have back problems and haven’t complained about having a message from this place once. Find a person you like and trust me it’s worth it! Cathy was my massage Therapist and the Swedish massage is my go to and Lili was my husband’s therapist and he loves her deep tissue messages. Don’t just give up the first try always give it at least 2 chances before you say you don’t like this place.

I enjoy massages and have had many in my life. This has to be one of the best I've ever received. Grace and Lili are phenomenal! Will definitely be back when I'm in Chicago!

I got a 60 minute couples massage here with my partner for $155 for the both of us. Lily was my massage therapist and Yang was my partner's. Tldr; I would come back! The visit was typical of most other spas I've been to. Lily welcomed us and asked us right away what pressure each of us would like as she walked us to our shared room. I asked for high pressure so for a part of the massage Lily stood on my back to massage me with her feet. I thought she was very skilled and precise. Our massage was full body with hot stones. We didn't ask for the hot stones but it must be included in the massage price that was shown online because they didn't charge us extra. When we were done, Yang assisted us in paying and tipping at the front desk.

I surprised my husband with a couple massage for our anniversary and it was great! I loved how they asked us the desired massage intensity, they were making sure we weren’t uncomfortable and everyone was very nice and calm. I also loved the fact that they use the hot stones and how they use them. The place is very clean and quiet. Definitely coming back!

I'm a massage therapist myself and was looking for some bodywork while out of town. The massage itself was good and the facility was very clean but there were some red flags and certain things are just not up to code...like no intake/consent form, no sheets (just a disposable barrier on bottom and bath towel on top) no questions other than pressure. Like she didn't even ask my name and instead only called me "Lady." She also walked out of the room a few times without saying anything...came back with hot stones, hot towels which I appreciated and enjoyed but we did not discuss this nor was I properly screened to make sure it was safe. She also deliberately cracked my neck and back using moves that are definitely only legal in my state if you are a chiropractor. There is definitely talent here if you don't mind the language/cultural barriers, but also a real liability so I would use with caution and not if you have any physical or medical conditions that could be aggravated but what I've described here. If you are injured, you have no recourse due to the lack of informed consent.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I booked the sports massage with cupping and felt incredible afterwards. The massage therapist has great technique and my service included hot stones. Couldn’t have asked for more and at such a great value.

Had a great experience coming to Great Lakes Spa for the first time! I got a deep tissue massage and she recommended cupping as well due to deep tension in my upper back/shoulders. I can already feel a difference in my back pain, and I had a more immediate improvement than any other massage before. I will most definitely be back!

Called and booked same day. Had availability right away. Got in and everything was clean and nice. They did an amazing job on the massage and where very considerate of where the pain was and focused on those areas. Definitely the refresher me and the wife needed!

My massage by Grace was incredible!!!!!!!! They hit all the right pressure points and got out tons of knots in my back. She knew what she was doing. I like my massages with a lot of pressure and she delivered. I left feeling a sense of relief from the tension in my back. Thank you Grace!

My go to massage place every month. Me and my partner go for the couples massage every month and it’s a great deal and the best massage I have ever gotten. It is a full body massage that includes hot stones as well. Seriously recommend!
