Seriously. How appropriate this name is. The pricing was so reasonable, the service done fast, and Ken is an absolute delight! Owned by him and his wife, cutest couple! Will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done, and neither should you!

Did not provide the service I was asking for. Very rude and rough, I said “ouch” I don’t know how many times. I told him my nails were crooked, he said I was holding my hand wrong. He made sneed comments when I asked him to clean the polish from the back of my hand- both hands-might I add. This salon is not up on the latest artwork for nail design!! Definitely giving early 2000 nail work. He told me the price was $70 and they charged $75 at check out. I asked for medium stiletto, with a French tip. I asked for one of the French tips to be outlined. He said it’s a lot of work. Why would it matter if I’m paying for it? I will NEVER go there again! 0 out of 10!! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Great Nails. It’s very laid back. The girls take care of you. From my wife’s toe nails to her finger nails to cutting my toe nails. I was using a place in Otsego where it cost over 35$ to just cut my nails where at Great nails it is ten dollars. And the outcome is fantastic! Now I won’t go anywhere else!

I had a pedicure here for the first time and liked that I did not have to wait. My polish looks good and cuticles were trimmed well. The nail technician was friendly and the price was fair. In terms of cleanliness however, it might help to sweep throughout the day, and pay closer attention to the overall appearance of the salon. It is difficult to relax in a setting where hygiene could be an issue and things don’t look well kept. Another thing I noticed was that I wasn’t given a menu that included different types of pedicures and I wasn’t asked either. Hopefully the owner will take these suggestions for improvement into consideration, as the salon is in a very convenient location and has potential.

I came in for dip product removal and I had such a wonderful experience! The staff were all very kind and kept a lighthearted atmosphere. The salon was clean, and very cute. They were extra careful with my hands as I had expressed concerns since I have severe eczema on my hands and was getting product removed I was allergic to. I have never seen anyone be so gentle with a nail drill- I felt so much more comfortable since they took their time. And the price was way less than I expected! Extremely satisfied with my experience:)

They are very accommodating and are extremely willing to work with costumers on designs to make sure you leave happy! The atmosphere is fun and light hearted, I have enjoyed my experience here

I'm always treated w/friendly greetings. Due to my disability, they are very accommodating and making sure I have everything that I need. In other words I'm treated like family. I do and will always recommend Great Nails to my friends and family.

I went in for my nail appointment today and the staff were all hollering at each other in their language. One staff was covering her ears. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It went on for about 5 minutes and I finally got up and left.

I will not go anywhere else, I have been to this location multiple times, I am handicapped and Tina always makes me feel like my disability is not a problem at all my left arm and hand are paralyzed and my sister always helps to try and keep my hand and arm relax enough to jet my manicure done and Tina is very patient with us! !! Wonderful place to get your manicures and pedicures done!! Tina also does beautiful freehand design that are beautiful!! I get so many complements on my nails every time I get them done’ thank you Tina for going above and beyond for me!!!!
