I got a deep tissue massage and the lady complain about working hard and then got mad about me not upgrading. Not only that I have to pay first but they didn’t do a good job. I even tip because I feel bad for not tipping. But I seriously would not ever go here again.

My husband and I purchased the 60 minute couples massage. By far the worst I've experienced. First, I had a male and wasn't asked for preference. Extremely rough and didn't ask about pressure or where my problem areas were. My back feels bruised every where. Wish I would have read the reviews before going. Don't waist your money or time.

Visited yesterday with my husband. We enjoyed the prompt, friendly service; however, this was later ruined as we were told our tips were not good enough and that we each needed to tip more. How unprofessional. We have visited several massage establishments all over the world in both the USA and Asia and have NEVER encountered this. So so rude. We won’t return and we do NOT recommend this place at al!

My experience at Great Seasons Massage was extremely disappointing. I visited with friends, excited for a relaxing time, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite. Firstly, the quality of the massage I received was subpar. It felt rushed and lacked the skill and technique I expected from a professional establishment. Additionally, the pressure applied was inconsistent and uncomfortable. What truly marred the experience, however, was the way the staff handled the tipping process. We were not only pressured but essentially coerced into leaving a tip. Being told that we couldn't leave without tipping left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Despite their high rating, I found the staff to be rude and unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to what I had hoped for when planning a relaxing day out with friends. It was particularly disheartening as I had suggested the visit, only to be embarrassed in front of my friends by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Overall, my visit to Great Seasons Massage was a deeply disappointing one. I urge the management to reconsider their approach to customer service and ensure that future patrons are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I’ve been here a few times and they always give a great massage. I get a Swedish massage. Very happy with the service - the place is clean and professional. Nikki has worked with me a few times and she is amazing! Highly recommended.

Definitely do NOT go here for a foot massage. It was terrible and I would never go back. Also... they stood at the front to ask " do you mind if you leave some tips???" Nice place but there was a lack of communication. I regret not asking anymore questions as well, but the front reception guy seemed confused and hard to understand. As I lay here on the bed getting this foot massage... getting mostly my shins massaged. 😭😭😭😭 I am truly disappointed and should have left when I had a chance. I was asked to sit in the room with no direction whatsoever . Wishing that this session would stop. There is a sign that says " no refunds" now I know why that was necessary because once you pay, you're trapped until the torture is done.

I went to the this spa with a lower back ache the place was incredible so clean and nice joann my massage therapist was very good and worked out the muscle in my back i left there feeling wonderful

My recent visit to Great Seasons for a massage was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly and professional, and the spa was spotless. The 60-minute massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and I left feeling completely relaxed and with a rejuvenated back. I highly recommend Great Seasons for a wonderful massage at reasonable prices. Also, they offer couples' massages, adding to their appeal. I'll mention clean and quiet again...really the most relaxing spa I've been to off the strip. Will return for sure.

The service is excellent. The front staff does a great job of valuing your business. The place is clean and modern. Not noisy at all. I would place Rose ahead of the pack as far as masseuses go. Some others don't give you the value for your time and money. Some do. It's always hit and miss. Overall, a good choice.

This place is amazing!! I have 90 minutes body massage with my friends. After the massage my friends tall me he fell very good, sleeping almost 30 minutes!!! It's very good , make me relax and comfortable, the best body massage in Vegas. will be come back again!

My fiancé treated me for a full body massage with the smooth rocks there and the ambiance was so tranquil. It was also a clean environment. They didn’t do my feet but the service was amazing. I would go back a second time!
