Phoebe and the crew here are so talented and friendly!! I love my haircut and color by Phoebe...she is very patient and takes the time to understand what I want on each visit. Highly recommend!!

I first came here because I was looking for a "grown up" stylist for my 11 year old as she was consistently disappointed with child and "super cuts" type places. She has textured hair that's sorta straight, sorta curly and it was always tangled and frustrating for her. She met with Cosette who totally vibed with her and taught her how to wash and condition her hair carefully, gave us a long thoughtful consultation about her hair type and then gave her a cut that was low maintenance but enhanced her unique hair, while also honoring her desire to keep it long. I was so happy with this visit and the overall feel of the salon that I inquired about a stylist for myself. I bleach and tone my hair platinum and I'm really careful about who does this for me, having had my hair burned before years ago. I was recommended to meet with Sarah and she was outstanding. I've struggled in the past to get it to the level of platinum I like , (even as a natural blonde) and always ended up with a slight yellow tint that bothered me. She nailed it immediately, and even came up with a less damaging way to do it that we will try next visit. Her conversation is fun, the atmosphere is quaint and friendly, and it feels like a luxury service. It's exactly what I've been missing. I've had two services with her so far and my hair looks exactly as I've always wanted it to and feels so soft and healthy. I'm thrilled we came to Green Alley and highly recommend both Cosette and Sarah for any service. *UPDATE- My daughter met with the amazing Phoebe today and after a consultation they came up with a plan to take her from the red shampooed in color experimentation she did at home to a gorgeous new brown shade. Love love this salon. My daughter is totally feeling her new grown look.

Two Reviews: 1.This was my first time coming to Green Alley Salon and Nour did a fabulous job with my haircut!! Saritha did my eyebrows and I love them 😍 Definitely coming back here again. The girls are very talented and knowledgeable! (May 2024, haircut and eyebrows, first photo, $100-120) 2.I recently went to go get my hair done with Nour and I loved it!! I’ve never dyed my hair so I was nervous, but she was very skillful and knowledgeable I felt assured. I will be coming back for retouch and future appointments. She did amazing! (Nov 2024, haircut + partial balayage, photos 2-3, $300-400)

I got my hair wash, deep conditioning, hair cut and blow dry here at green alley salon . Saritha did an amazing job. I wanted to maintain my hair length and volume, I highly recommend her, she is too good with Indian hair. The customer service here is good as well. This is an eco friendly salon looks pleasant too. I had such an amazing time at this salon. I wear hijab, and I was so happy to find out that this salon offers an all-female day where I can come in and get my hair done! My stylist was Nour and she was AMAZING. She is extremely knowledgable about curly hair and was able to give me so many helpful tips. She also listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to clarify anything that was unclear. She gave me the perfect cut and I am excited to come back to get my hair colored by her. I can't wait to be return and I know I am in great hands!

Amazing and such a calm, cool vibe. Bella was so attentive about my skin concerns and ngl I passed out in bliss and exhaustion within ten minutes of the facial. I awoke to my skin feeling like a baby’s face and refreshed. I also got the lash lift service and tbh I’ve never gotten so many compliments afterward from random people about my face???? Be warned, you might acquire an ego after this service lmao.

I get my hair cut regularly with Cosette and my brows waxed by Bella. In the past, I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable and consistent hair stylist, but Cosette easily communicates with me and provides me with the cut I want each time. Bella is awesome and gets my brows looking crisp within 10 minutes. On top of all that, the salon is very cosy and feels like home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to feel good about themselves!

I love coming to Green Alley Salon everybody is nice and friendly. All the stylists are wonderful. Cosette does amazing job on my hair. I would recommend Cosette or any stylist. Bella does a great job on facials. Sarthia does a great job of threading Green Alley Salon i would recommend

It had been almost 5 years since I’d been to Green Alley and I returned after getting an email asking if I wanted to come back. I made an appointment with Saritha. She cut and colored my hair and I couldn’t be happier! I brought in pictures of what I wanted, and she really listened and then performed her magic. I am thrilled with the cut and color. My hair feels and looks so healthy. My husband said “WOW” when I got home. The salon is lovely, and Saritha and the other ladies there are so sweet. Needless to say, I will be seeing Saritha for my color touchups and cuts from now on.

This salon is it! The wonderful service and the welcoming environment are what I love about this place. My stylist was Nour and she is the absolute best! She makes sure to really understand what your vision and makes your hair come to life! Ever since I moved to Austin, I had been looking for someone who can deal with my type 3a curly hair and she is the real deal!!

Been going to Green Alley for over 7 years now and I always walk out happy and pretty. Alley is just wonderful and all the girls here are very professional and sweet. The place itself is so pretty and cozy. I had my hair and eyebrows done by Saritha and she was just amazing. She is an expert at butterfly layers and threading eyebrows. .

I got the signature facial with BELLA. It was amazing. I have sensitive and dry skin and find it hard to trust an esthetician to not irritate my face. Bella is truly knowledgeable about my skin type and left me feeling soothed and refreshed. My skin was more hydrated and glowing than it has been all winter. Highly recommend BELLA.

I love going to Green Alley Salon. Karlee does the best facials, she is very sweet and explains every step in detail. I love getting haircuts by Cosette, she has helped my hair look healthier, smoother, and more curly.

In my experience - Green Alley Saloon is a better version of Best Cuts. They give a slightly better haircut amongst much better decor. My biggest frustration - and why I will search else where - is BOTH times I have been here j received calls - while I was driving to the appointment - to ask me if I could move the haircut to the next day (first visit) and to push it back 30+ minutes (second visit). When I was not able to they wanted to give me a different stylist than I had the appointment for. Planning around this hassle not worth it - again decent cut but why make appointments if they cannot keep them? Good luck.

This is my first time getting haircut at Green Alley Salon. SARITHA did fantastic job on my hair. I never walked out of any salon happy and satisfied of my haircut until I got haircut from her. she is super friendly and always considers you inputs and tries to make them better. had a great time at green alley salon! i got a facial with Bella and it was the most relaxing facial ever. i got a treatment facial and i could tell Bella takes pride in her work. she asked me several questions about my skin and what i use daily on it to create the perfect personalized facial. can’t wait to go again! would highly recommend! the salon is also super cute and everyone working there was friendly. loved the wallpaper in the bathroom!
