I would never go to this nail salon or recommend it to anyone I know. They are unprofessional and reservations are completely ignored. I made a reservation for 12:15 p.m. I got there and waited 30 minutes and the technicians were still not ready to see me. There are two other nail salons within three blocks from this one. I would try one of those two not this one.

I am not someone who usually likes getting their nails done, but the environment at Green Beauty always makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. I love watching Friends and using their great massage chairs while they work! I recently tried out gel manicures because my nails are naturally long and tough, but I cannot express how IMPRESSED I am with the results! Lin Pham was my technician today, and did a perfect job! Could not recommend more!!

It seems like they always over booked. So I always ended up waiting like half an hour or so even after confirming every appointment with them. I hope they manage their schedule better

This is the 2nd time I got gelx from green beauty nails and I am obsessed! They do such a great job and take their time to make sure you get the desired outcome. And they stay on for a long time. I received a gel pedicure a little over 2 months ago that still has not chipped. Very happy with this location!

Did my gel nail removal here and they filed my nail down so thin that when I flossed, the string cut straight through my nail. 🥲 Edit: after my nail grew out, you can literally see the edge of how thick my natural nail is vs how much they shaved off from the gel removal…

I had heard great things about this nail salon despite living far away, so I booked an appointment online in advance and arrived on time. However, they took a walk-in customer ahead of me, even though I had an appointment, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I chose the $60 classic mani-pedi, but the nail polish was thin and streaky, so I had to request a third coat. After painting my nails, the staff handed me a fan and left without any instructions on how long I should wait, and no one checked on me again. After a long time and thinking my nails were dry, I got up to leave, only to have them smudge. The staff was rude and blamed me for it. Although they fixed my nails and didn’t charge me for the "extra" work, the polish started chipping just a few days later. So after spending $60 plus $10 tip and Uber, I definitely won’t be returning.

It was easy to make an appointment for 3 of us with only a few days notice. There's plenty of good, hard-working ladies. Sometimes we had 2 ladies working on us at once. They did a professional job?!

The BEST nail salon in the city! I’ve been coming here bi weekly (sometimes weekly) for the last 6 years. I’ve recommended this place to many of my gfs. Usually Ha, Thao, or Thuy are the ones who does my nails but everyone here is great. I am just very particular and they know me best. Helen is all about customer service.

I’ve had my nails done here twice. First time was fine, but the second was not good. I specifically made an appointment with Helen the second time because I had seen great reviews / had a friend recommend here. In short, Helen was there, but did not do the service. I didn’t realize after booking with someone in particular I had to verify that was the person giving my services. I get builder gel and have been for a long time. The tech doing it there did not seem to know how to do builder nor remove it properly. She was trying to pry off my old builder with cuticle cutters. Additionally, the shape/lengths of my nails ended up completely different between hands. I also asked for nude with chrome and they opted to use yellow green colored chrome. Not ideal. I would not recommend this salon for builder. Separately, I asked if I could get an aura design and was told no, which I felt was very odd. These are my natural nails, so now I just have to wait for them to grow out of the triangles half of them were filed into. By the way, this cost $90 + $20 tip. Photos attached show how bad this came out. Will probably have to get them redone elsewhere.

Spent 100+ for a gel mani and pedi that chipped later that day. I went back to see if they could fix it and they said they “didn’t have time.” They said I could try to come back later but wasn’t guaranteed so very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Best manicure of my life! Extreme precision and very clean and friendly environment. The gentleman who cut my cuticles was absolutely amazing at what he does.

This place was great. I had a regular pedi, and I have a toe nail that requires a bit of clean up on the sides. Most places don't get in there but the nail tech here did remove as much as possible, which prevents my toe from hurting later on. This place is also incredibly clean. Easily accessible through the bus route. I highly recommend this location.

Green Day Nail Spa in San Francisco is an absolute gem! The ladies here are not only kind and gracious but also incredibly hardworking. Their attention to detail and dedication to nail health is unmatched. Thanks to their expertise, my nails have healed beautifully, leaving me feeling confident. I chronically pick my cuticles due to stress and Helen has helped aid the healing process for my nails to get them back to the right shape. Highly recommend this salon for top-notch service and care! They always play SATC on the big tv screen and it feels like I’m literally at home!!

Fabulous fall jelly color 🤌 Helen is always up to date on the latest nail trends and is so helpful in finding a color to match events! Beyond that, everyone is a true perfectionist and you can see the passion shine through in the quality work that is delivered consistently. Cannot recommend enough… if I could assign a Michelin Star to a nail salon, Green Beauty would have one

Tried so many salons in SF and this is hands down the best in town. Helen is amazing and detailed. Also love Thao and Linh. My nails always hold up for weeks and I love their color selection. Highly recommend.

Green Beauty is my go-to nail salon in SF. Appointments are easily available online or thru the phone. They have Friends playing on the tv which is a classic way to pass time in the salon. Helen did an amazing job on my chrome nails- “the hailey bieber nails”. I specified I was looking for the chrome powder and not gel polish which some salons push onto you because it’s an easier service. Helen clearly understood the look I wanted and spent a dedicated amount of time to my shape and cuticles. I do not wear tips or acrylics, so she did a great job preserving my natural nails and their length. Helen is a very knowledgeable technician and trains her staff just as well. Their manicures are durable. The salon is very organized with minimal wait time. Parking is pretty limited around, so it helps to arrive a bit early and bring a pair of sandals to change into after a pedicure.

Terrible customer service. The lady doing my pedicure was quite aggressive and forceful with my feet and I didn’t enjoy the experience at all. Nails look ok but highly overpriced and won’t be coming back.

The best gel manicure in the city! I’ve had manicures last for 4+ weeks from Green Beauty with no chips. I have tried many places in the city, but I always come back here. Their quality is just unmatched. My nails are always healthy and never break, and I love how they file instead of drill for gel. All of the nail techs are so friendly, and I’m always relaxed after I come here.
