I had a terrible experience here. My boyfriend called ahead and booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage for both of us, but when we arrived, they told us it was only 45 minutes with no explanation. During the massage, both masseuses were unprofessional—talking and laughing the entire time, which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse was texting during the massage and only used one hand, while both masseuses kept leaving the room frequently. The massage felt rushed and poorly done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing and unprofessional. 😡

I had a 45 mins massage yesterday around 3pm done by the thin latina lady. I didnt get her name. That was the worst massage i ever had. I told her to give me the hard/strong pressure but it felt like she was just applying lotion to my body. Never again. I suggest you kick her out of your business. She’s not performing well. I’ve been waiting so long to get a massage and didnt expect to experience something as worst as her massage. Such a waste of money!

Even though it was a long wait because of how busy it was, I had a great time with Bella. She was very accommodating and asked constantly what places I needed work on, and I feel so comfortable I almost fell asleep

I stopped in for a massage because I was having a migraine. I was taken care of by Xixi, who gave an incredible full body massage in 45 minutes. I was able to relax and she worked on my muscle tension beautifully. I will 100% return and I 100% recommend ! Amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience with Liz. She was very welcoming and did an amazing job at keeping me in a relaxed state even when she massaged places on my body that had a lot of tension. I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Florida

Never come here.i got massage from Emma she ask you tips and happy ending all the time. place just for happy ending. They do not have any idea about massage. And also they do not have hot water for shower.

Probably been close to 2 years since last visit. Surprised to see they have updated a lot inside. Still super clean and fresh looking. You can tell the owner cares by the decor and welcoming feeling. I did get a new lady and her massage was on par. Found all the knots in my shoulders and her deep tissue method was amazing. Another nice thing is no asking ( or telling ) of tip amount. Bottle of water and a please come back on the way out. I have to return.

Terrible experience. The lady that gave me the massage didn’t speak any English so it was impossible to communicate with her. Two days after receiving the massage, I noticed three blisters on my back. Since then I seen three doctors and now I seen a dermatologist. They have tried six different types of medications to include antibiotics and the blisters still coming back. On Thursday the dermatologist did a biopsy to see what type of bacteria is causing it. I have received massages from other Spas and never had this type of bad experience.

10-3-2022 Had a very nice couples massage here. My wife really enjoyed the hot stones. Place was neat and clean and smelled of incents. The massage was very relaxing. There is a bit of a language barrier but nothing that can not be over come. Have no problem coming back.

Terrible massage and service. When I called the lady said if it’s your 1st time we’ll give a $10 discount, so it’ll be $50. When I got there the lady who first saw me seemed disappointed; right then I got a weird vibe. She said it was actually $60 (they play the we don’t speak properly so maybe miscommunication, but I’m 99% sure she said $50) anyways… moving on to the “massage” that was actually more like a body rub. I don’t even ask for much since I get massages for relaxation; didn’t feel relaxed at all, more like angry for wasting time and money. She stop my massage to greet another customer and left me for about 4min + 5min when she left to get hot towels. Really, the “massage” lasted less than 40min. Didn’t tip her and explained why, she then went to back to start with his male customer, which I assume is the real clientele.

Just got a massage there and it was terrible terrible terrible. I had to ask the girl if she was a massage therapist and she had no clue what I was asking her. She didn’t massage me at all she rubbed me . The worst massage I have ever had. She left the room 3 times to go get her cell phone that was ringing. The she so called gave me a hot stone massage and the stones were cold. She was tapping my body no other techniques used . She was trying but had no clue what she was doing. I strongly believe this place is only for happy endings. My boyfriend got me the gift certificate and when I went in the looked so confused thinking it would be him. This place is so under ground special.
