I can’t recommend Green Leaf Wellness Center and John Padelford enough! He is insanely knowledgeable, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful in his approach. It is clear that he truly understands the body and takes the time to explain what’s going on, which makes a huge difference. His techniques are precise and effective, and he tailors each session based on what’s needed rather than just following a routine. Whether it’s working through pain, improving mobility, or just general wellness, John is the guy to see. Easily the best massage therapist I’ve worked with!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with John this weekend and it was amazing. I felt incredibly relaxed and at ease. John is very personable, kind, skilled and knowledgeable in the latest techniques and tools to help a person having physical/mental ailments. He even addresses the spiritual aspects with Chakra balancing. That's the only thing that I didn't like because as a Christian I have a problem with that and don't believe in that. I must admit that it was nice when he was doing it but when I asked him about it and found out what it was he was doing he immediately stopped at my expressed concern. Overall my experience with John was awesome. He was very intuitive and helpful. I want to go back to experience his wife's skills who also works there as a Massage Therapist. Thanks, John!

The best orthopedic and deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. John is extremely knowledgeable of the body and explains in detail what is needed and necessary for healing and recovery. Also, my teenage daughter is very comfortable with him and he has helped her so much with sports related ailments. The space of business is so comfortable and very clean. On every aspect, I highly recommend Greenleaf Wellness.

I have been to a minimum of 15 different massage therapists in the triad and John is hands down the best massage therapist. My PT recommended him to me over a year ago and I haven’t looked back since. I have also recommended him to several friends who would agree that he is indeed the best. John is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He also works hard to ensure his prices do not make massage therapy inaccessible to people who may need his services, his passion shows in his work, attention, and care he pays to his clients. 100/100 recommend, check out John!

I recommend John and Lea to everyone I can. I started my massage therapy journey over 2 years ago and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions that I’d ever made for my personal health. John and Lea are incredibly knowledgeable and educational with their practice and I do not need to look anywhere else for a trustworthy and consistent establishment. As a woman, John ensures my comfortability always - he touches base with my present physical pains and emotional state at the start of every session to adapt to meet my needs. I can’t recommend anymore highly. Red light therapy is an absolute must to add on to any visit! Aside from an amazing and centering massage, a red light session is a great way to reset and relax. 😌

A hand doctor said I needed surgery to fix carpal tunnel syndrome. My daughter told me to try John at Green Leaf Wellness first. John ask questions and did some observations. He concluded I had thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) which is basically pinched nerves in the neck that could be released with orthopedic messages and that carpal tunnel surgery would not fix the problem. 1 session a week for 5 weeks with John and my hand is completely healed. No surgery.

A massage from John is literally life-changing. I initially saw him because I had a five day migraine. I just could not shake and I thought it might help, he used techniques no other massage therapist ever has, and I walked away pain-free. I went back for therapeutic massage and just let him know about some trouble areas I have, and his technique, more than any other therapy I have tried for this, provided huge relief!!

Green Leaf Wellness Center by far is the best experience I have had and I have bounced around the Piedmont Triad area seeking the best place for massage therapy and this is it. I am greeted by professional employees who love what they do; along with a clean and safe environment. What really has impressed me and keeps impressing me is how knowledgeable they are ! Also, they are so engaging during their services, they want to build a report with their clients. My needs and expectations are exceeded every visit. I would highly consider taking a visit to Green Leaf Wellness Center !

Green Leaf Wellness Center is awesome! John Padelford the owner is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had and he has been my massage therapist for many years. I have a lot of neck, back and chronic pain issues and John really listens to what is going on with your body and formulates a treatment plan that really addresses and alleviates your pain. I have recently moved to the beach, but every few months, I’ll drive back to Greensboro for appointments and of course, to get a massage from John. Yes, he is that good…. and I highly recommend him if you are having pain or just need a great relaxing massage.

I have been getting massages from Green Leaf for years and would highly recommend them! Every therapist I have had has been amazing! I am very active and need massage therapists that can really target certain areas where I am having issues and they are always been able to help. I have tried many different massages places/therapists and would definitely say Green Leaf has the best! I have also gotten more general wellness massages and they do great with them, too. The facilities are very nice and being able to jump in the infrared sauna while you are there is a bonus. I would highly recommend Green Leaf to anyone looking for a massage. I have gotten massages with John and Mark. My family has also gotten messages with Lea. They have all been top notch!

I should have written this review a long time ago as I’ve been going to John for massages for probably 6 or 7 years now! I’ve had a lot of massages and John is BY FAR the most skilled and knowledgeable practitioner that I’ve ever been to. He stays up to date with different techniques and he is very results focused. I’ve referred many people to him and everybody who sees him agrees. I’ve heard great things about the other therapists at Green Leaf as well but I have no reason to try anybody else!

Jon is so wonderful!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and is my entire family’s go-to for any issues that pop up!
