I had a facial with Casie and a massage with JP, and both were amazing. They explained each of the processes and additional details that would help me in the future. The amenities were wonderful, and this will be my new place moving forward. Thanks to the ladies who helped me.

Well we got here at 8:30am and left at 1:30pm. Massage,facial and pedicure were all top notch. What made my experience special was Derik in the men’s side always checking on dry towels and fresh shoes. Kept my water fresh so Derik gets a (5⭐️) my facial was by Casie and she put me right to sleep. 😴 the area was supper comfortable. Recommendations would be get a blanket warmer for the serenity room. That would make a big difference. The steam room and wet room were clean and well maintained on the men’s side. So guys get you and your gal a full couple’s experience asap. Come and enjoy a good days worth of papering

The facilities are wonderful as well as the therapist. The biggest issue is getting an appointment. Since Covid it has been very difficult to get an appointment as well limited days and hours of operation. Even though “a destination casino and resort” few guest are able to experience one of the nicest aspects of the casino/resort. Most days they close at 5pm which is very inconvenient for those of us that work. HERE’S MY SUGGESTIONS 1) establish an online booking system (like the hotel offers) Therapist can also see their schedules and be able to have waiting list if they have a cancellation etc. This would allow the front desk to less time in the phone booking and being put on hold. 2) Increase hours of operations past 5pm

I recently treated myself to a massage and facial at Green Reed Spa ant Sandia Casino, and it was exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was super calming, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My massage by Melissa was incredible just the right amount of pressure, and it really helped me relax. The facial with Casie was amazing!! My skin felt so refreshed and glowing afterward.I have struggled with my skin for many years now and Casie was really good at explaining everything and recommended new things to my skincare routine.I highly suggest asking for Melissa and Casie you will not be disappointed. I loved how they paid attention to the little details, like the cozy blankets and soothing scents. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I left feeling like a whole new person. Definitely planning to go back!

Update: management was prompt in calling me to make it right. They gave me a free massage. Thank you to the two ladies (management and masseuse that made it right for me). As a first timer, I was excited to get a 90 minute deep tissue massage after a very stressful week. Unfortunately I left more stressed than when I came in. Facility 10/10: parking is accessible and separate of the hotel and casino. There is a front desk for signing in. There is a gender separate area for bathrooms/showers/ wet and dry sauna/hot tub and cold tub. Lots of beverage options (free bottled water, hot water for tea, and cold water infused with lemon; and alcoholic beverage options). There is a fitness center and a waiting area that is co-ed. Also, a separate relaxation area (one indoor and one outdoor with four chaise lounges in each section). Customer service: 0/5 You’ll be greeted by a staff person that will proceed to give you a very quick tour of the amenities and requirements. They’ll provide you a robe and sandals. The customer service is what robbed me of my positive experience. My appointment was set to begin at 5:30 pm and end at closing time (7 pm). 10 minutes before my massage was set to end, music was turned off. 5 minutes before closing, bright fluorescent lighting turns on and brightens my treatment room while I am still receiving my massage face up. What a beautiful way to end a 90 minute massage (not!). My masseuse was not thorough and abruptly ended my session. She managed to get me out the door as fast as she could. When I was walking back to the locker area, another staff person stops me to say, “ just a reminder, we closed at 7.” I ask if I may shower? She rolls her eyes and begrudgingly says OK. I shower, go to restroom and when I open bathroom stall door, I find the same staff person and her manager walking away from the bathroom stall area. I can only assume they were trying to look for me. As I sat down to dress, the same staff person swiftly removes the borrowed sandals from my area as I literally took them off my feet. Manager hands me my eyeglasses I left behind near showers because I was rushing. Lights start to turn off. I wasn’t given the opportunity to blow dry my hair or even get dressed in peace. I was literally kicked out the door. I was angry, disappointed and disgusted by the persons managing this spa. If they have a policy for their staff to be out the door immediately at 7, they should not schedule 5:30 pm appointments that are expected to last 90 minutes. Start at 5 instead. Give your customers time to wake up from the massage, and to shower and dress in peace. I managed to get out the door and pay by 7:15. I will NEVER again visit this spa nor recommend it to anyone. I will take my business back to Betty’s Bath Day and spa where you are treated humanely and can actually walk out feeling better than when you arrived.

I didn’t like they didn’t explain with massage and I paid 200. For 45 minutes the massage , and the ladies are not nice The”re more place in Albuquerque more cheap and comfort place !

This is the actualization of self love and self care. I booked a facial and they were able to give me an appointment the very same morning I called, and I was welcomed warmly by Derek the minute I walked in and was assured that if I needed anything, I could have it. My service with Ann was wonderful and felt very personalized to my unique skin care needs, which I appreciated. The amenities afterward were perfect to continue my journey of relaxation, the cold plunge was especially nice since I had sunburned skin.

This place is pricey. Make your peace with it. Now, that said- it's worth it. The experience is blissful. They have outstanding treatments and while you wait and for two hours after, you have access to their spa amenities: eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and warm/cool tubs. For a splurge or birthday present- yes!

This is the most beautiful spa I have been to in Albuquerque area. I have enjoyed several services. The staff is wonderful, the views are amazing. My #1 favorite places to relax.

Bought my wife a day at the spa, complete with facial, massage, and a hand treatment, which she really needed to have done. Massage went fine, facial was fine, but they completely forgot the hand treatment. Normally, I could care less, as yes, they did refund the money, however, when I called to express my disenchantment, not only with the fact that they forgot a service, that I made a reservation, in advance for, but the AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity! Honestly? So you can screw up a $500+ surprise gift for my wife, and still get tipped?! By the way, when I called, no one even asked if/how they could make it right. They just told me that the 20% gratuity is what it is, they forgot about the treatment….”oops our bad,” attitude, as though it could simply be done tomorrow….which it can’t, as they are booked out, and if I were to do that, I’d have to spend another couple of hundred, along with another 20%, to get more services, as it was an add on, and wait nearly a month to get in. Thanks for making my wife’s day, utterly unremarkable, and charging me for it. To be clear: I don’t have a problem with tipping 20% (the masseuse EARNED it), however, I take issue with the fact that you can screw up, not do anything about it, then still demand gratuity, which is supposed to be reserved for service above and beyond, NOT below what was promised at the time of the transaction. Save your money, go to Isleta Spa, or one of the other Indian resorts, all of which are nearby.

I LOVE Green Reed Spa!! The minute you walk in, the staff will greet you and cater to your every need! The facility is beautiful, spotless and so relaxing! The staff seems to thrive on your comfort and relaxation! A little slice of Heaven!!

The spa amenities are amazing and relaxing. If you spend $65 or more on a service, then you get to access the amenities for 2 hours. The first time I went I got a deep tissue massage. It was decent, not terrible, but not great either. This last time I went I booked a gel soak off and new gel pedicure. The nail techs were friendly but it literally took the lady at least 30 mins to remove my gel polish! They do not use Dremel tools like every other place I've gotten a pedicure. By the time she got my gel off the water was cold. The files they used were cheap. I wasn't impressed with the seating either. The chair didn't have massage options nor a reclining option. Basically was a bench with pillows. I won't go back for a pedicure. Maybe I will try a facial next time I go because I do really enjoy the amenities. It makes more sense to spend $65 or more on a service than paying $65 just to use the amenities.

They have no respect for the customer. Took over a month to get an appointment. Casino gave me a comp. $165 for a 1-hour massage that is outrageous. This place they have no respect for the customer they believe they're above the customer. The lady had no respect and I told her just do what I want. I'm here for a massage. She denied me a massage said that I would get hurt. And we're now I'm not allowed comp. massages. The casino does not care either I'm one of their top players so now I'm banding Sandia casino they have no respect for their customers.

This is a beautiful place to go and relax. I loved the facilities and the service was impeccable. The locker room attendant Victoria was so helpful and personable! And Derrick at the bar was so sweet and attentive. I will be going back for sure and greatly enjoyed it.

Used to go to Hyatt Tamaya… tried this spa. Wonderful experience! Mediation room great. Peaceful! Melissa gave me the massage. 90 minutes of Heaven!!! I usually don’t talk during a massage but her voice so soothing! We had a little pep talk which I needed! I’m scheduled one a month now!!!
