This would’ve been me and my husbands go-to spot for a massage as it was a very enjoyable experience until the very end when the lady who had massaged my husband came up to the desk while we were already checking out basically demanding that we pay them 40 dollars as a tip. She had said “You give us 40 dollars each. We gave you a nice massage right? So give us 40” Not joking or anything. She said this with the straightest face and we stared at each other for a good 5-10 seconds before me and my husband looked at each other so confused. Like girl bye, tips are not even required. We were about to give y'all 40 until you came up telling us to. We decided on $20 dollars instead because we were uncomfortable. I cannot emphasize enough that me and my husband are more than generous with tips until someone tries to demand it from us. Work on professionalism.

Came in & was demanded to get a 30 min massage for $45 … i gave them $60 & would not give me change for “tip” Place is built like a dungeon NOT HAPPY

Ok look the message is good not there are over half a dozen message parlors on Mesa …. They all good. Best to go to Jtown because here at green tea the scold you if you leave a 2 dollar tip. Then they sold you if you leave a 20 dollar tip the never suppose to do that?!? Tip is always optional!!!!!!!! These people here are rude and ungrateful. Beware.

I check all reviews all people looks like have a bad experience on this place on my experience I been coming to this massage place for over a year very friendly I recommend Joanna she is professional doing the the massage I suggest that give a good tip because that’s when you get a good service. Two things: 1. We purchased a gift card that they subsequently did not honor. 2. We tipped and they added another $10 to the tip fraudulently. We are contacting our bank's fraud department. Do not trust this location. We used to be frequent customers and are sorely disappointed.

Horrible communication!!! I called about 2:30 pm for an appt- they told me 4pm- I arrived 10 min late, and so they told me 6pm- ok, I could respect that, so I said ok- went to wash car and did some shopping. Went back at 5:45 and they told me to wait. A couple walks in at 6:05 pm, and the lady asked if they called, and they said “yes, for 6pm” and then the lady asked me if I called??? I told her what happened and she says to me, “ we didn’t write it down in the book, sorry, come back at 8” and after going back and forth that I didn’t know she was supposed to write my appt down, but thought it was confirmed when I verbally agreed to come back at 6, she said, “next time call” and I told her I did- she must of not believed me bc she asked me for my number as she checks her caller id- after seeing my number she goes on to show me that my appt isn’t in the book!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄 doesn’t deserve one star at all, horrible communication!!

I used to ABSOLUTELY love this place, but not anymore! The massage was ok. I kept on asking for less pressure because it was too rough but she didn’t comply and would get annoyed when I would ask again. At checkout, she charged me 72 and change. I was a little confused because massage used to be 60. Nonetheless, I add a 10 dollar TIP and she says, “20% is 15 and kept on repeating it. I said it was 14 and truthfully It didn’t deserve a tip! I’m still in pain! A TIP is for good service at the customers discretion. SERIOUSLY,NEVER AGAIN!

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate to this place last year around this time, they still honored the certificate even though it is under new management. Jennifer was amazing, I did a full body massage right after doing a work out and it was the perfect trick to help with those muscle aches! Can’t wait to come back.

Went for a massage of 90 minutes . On their price list it was $100. When the lady who did the massage charged me she charged $103 with no explanation. Then I leave a $12 tip and she says “20%” I said no $12. She says why ?! You pay for longer ! I said “$12.” She didn’t want to give me my card back until I changed the amount . I didn’t . She said “sign!” And gave me my card. Won’t be going back . Sucks because I use to like that place . Guess it’s under new management 🤷🏼‍♀️

This place used to be amazing, but over the years the quality of the massages has decreased. I think the massage therapists need more training. Price is still very good, but not worth it.
