Being a massage therapist, I knew what to expect. I was given a great massage, and she worked so hard to try and get knots out. I knew they all wouldn't release. The hot stones were wonderful. Thank you for working so hard. I will return.

Sorry, everybody, I just have to throw this out there. It is complaining that they are getting ripped off. You can only get ripped off if you allow it. Also if you want a great massage you need to communicate with your masseuse even have to get a translation app it makes a big difference

I was there about 3 weeks ago. I really enjoyed my massage! The lady that massaged me was friendly, and her hands are wonderful. I was totally relaxed. Very professional woman. I can't thank her enough. What I'm trying to say is I enjoyed my massage and am looking forward to returning the next time I'm in town.

Their massage technicians were very good at giving me a great sense of relaxation and comfort. Every time I go to a massage parlor, I feel their professional skills and keen touch. Other than that, I really enjoyed talking to them. The massage therapists were not only kind and friendly, but also very willing to listen to my questions and worries. During the massage, we can speak freely and learn from various aspects.

Massage was good, place was clean and similar to other walk-in massage places I’ve been to. Tipped over 20% in cash before leaving and she tried to stop me to give her more of a tip. Just a bad ending to a good experience

Scheduled a couples massage for my husband and me. Pulled up, a hole in the wall—whatever we’re open minded it could be good. Go inside, dimly lit, no windows, strange red LED lighting along the scary looking hallway leading to the back. A lady comes to the front and demands to be paid in cash prior to service (said no card when there was a card reader in front of her). The whole place smells like cigarettes and seemed dirty. Literally turned around and walked out. Don’t go.

This had to be the most awkward and unprofessional place I’ve ever gotten a massage. My husband and I went there for a couples massage for our anniversary. I paid upfront with a credit card. There was nowhere on the receipt to leave a tip. During the massage, my therapist was about 20 minutes late, and my husband’s therapist kept leaving the room and coming back. When they were both in the room, the kept chatting with each other. When we were ready to leave THEY LITERALLY BLOCKED THE DOOR AND INSISTED ON A TIP. My husband gave them a $20 thinking they would split it. They gave a disappointed sigh indicating the tip was insufficient. So I dug in my purse and only had $2 in cash on me and I gave it to them just so we could get out of there.

Didn't know where the place was, just tried to do something nice for the wife a couples massage. There stars were 4.7 so I thought okey. We walked in and it looked like you were walking into a bottled water warehouse, or asian restaurant. To end the the entrance, that was like a haunted house. We got into our room and started the massage 5 minutes in, my wife's masseuse left her for a couple of minutes to the front desk and helped that costumer, came back and then walked out again for 7 to 10 minutes and came back nothing was wrong. Long story short don't go here that happened 3 times to my wife and once for me👎👎

I don't understand the high stars at all. My husband booked this for me because it has great ratings. I'm so beside myself. I don't know where to start, the hole in the wall, dirty, unprofessional and scary place. I'm writing this upset, I'm sure I sound ridiculous. I do have a side note, why is the light bulb red in the room? Is this code for red light district? Because there is no way this place has good reviews other than H@99y E&$ings.....I was terrified, also the bars on the ceiling what is that about?..... The massage quality was awful, she massages like she hates her job and life. She kept going over my private areas like she's about to dive in, I kept pushing her hand away she'd say Oh Sorry, then minutes later do it again. I stopped the massage too uncomfortable and violated to see what comes next. As I'm leaving the place she grabs my arm demanding a tip, that this wasn't a restaurant I need to tip $20 I said no, I'm calling my credit card company to dispute this place. I cannot believe this is a business.

I have been here several times with my wife and my mother-in-law the last time. they did a great job. As for the lady complaining about everything before well that is just another (KAREN COMPLAINING), For the red lights it gives comfort to people eyes. My mother-in-law is an eye doctor so I will take that in good faith. The (VANESSA SVOBODA, STOP ACTING LIKE A KAREN AND GETA NEW LIFE). The ladies work there 7 days a week and never complain and we always tip no matter what.

Very good massage. I had surgery on my knee and my lower back and hamstrings tight from walking on crutches. Jolene was terrific and worked out knots in back and hamstrings. Very good pressure massage.

let me tell you. Construction puts alot of knots in your muscles. She stood up and started walking and pressing down on parts of my body that had me about to tap like an MMA fight. After a a minute there was no pain. Hamstrings, calves, even the palm of my hands. Who wouldve thought? I feel ten years younger and more awake than I've felt in months. An hour made what packs of advils and a dozen sport cremes couldn't. I'm a believer. Never going into any other room other than the one with the bars in the ceiling
