I have been going to this spa for the past 12 years. Its by far the best facial I have had and I travel extensively. My face always looks so much more fresh. The ladies that work here are extremely friendly and care about their work. I highly recommend them.

This establishment engages in predatory behavior. I have been attempting to reschedule my appointment for the past two days, but my text messages and phone calls have been ignored. They have a policy that charges you if you don't cancel within 24 hours. It's difficult to cancel or reschedule if you're unable to reach them. They were very responsive when scheduling the initial appointment, but unresponsive when I wanted to reschedule. At this point, I would like to cancel.

An amazing experience from the call to make my appointment up until when I paid. 5 stars is NOT enough. The customer service and products are top 10. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the price was affordable.

Jessica was amazing!!! Went for a Brazilian- least painful waxing I’ve ever done! And I’ve been going for years including EWC! Can’t wait to try their facial. Truly a gem in the city. So close to everything

My FAVORITE place to get a facial. I am constantly renewing my package because it is always worth it. The products are great, and depending on my skin they decide what to use. My face has never been smoother and the massage is so relaxing.

So first and foremost let me state that I have been getting Brazilian wax for over a decade. I have seen it all and experienced it all. This place is gold!!! Jessica was AMAZING. My regular place was shut down after Covid, like many places, and I refused to go to any random spa. Based on their reviews, and my desperation level I decided to give this place a shot. And OMG, customer service A+, extremely accommodating. Pleasant, friendly and make you feel comfortable through the entire process. Technique of waxing is perfect! Unlike other places I have experienced, they actually know how to properly wax with minimal pain involved. I can honestly say it was one of the best, if not The best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever had. Thank you and I will be a regular forever!!!

Zen Organic Spa gives you everything you need for your skin care needs. The facials are so amazing. The aestheticians take their time with you. They explain everything to you very well according to your skin care goals and based on the type of skin that you have. Everything about the spa is very very relaxing. It is such an amazing experience. I have been trying to find an organic spa for the longest time with great products and finally can make this spa our home! My mom and I visit the spa once a month and we come from Long Island on a Saturday. It is so worth it and the price is very very reasonable. It is also a very beautiful spa, the ambiance and decor sets the tone perfectly. If you are in search of a spa to take care of your skin I highly recommend booking with Zen Organic Spa, you will not be disappointed❤️

My go-to place for a facial. I go to both the 38th Street and bowery locations. I also use all of their products - lotion, cleanser, etc - to try to keep the face clean and young :)
