The most incredible spa service I have ever had! Not only is it perfectly serene, you gain so much education on your scalp and hair health. The team is incredible and they make you feel like a lifelong friend as soon as you arrive. The owner took so much time reviewing my scalp health with me and making a plan on how to optimize hair growth. I also received a facial as part of my treatment and it was wonderful! Usually I breakout after facials due to the harsh products used, but my skin has been glowing ever since due to their chemical free products. I had the most amazing relaxing time and I’m dying to go back for another service! I cannot recommend this business enough!

If you are on the fence about the Japanese Head Spa experience…DO IT! I do a lot of traveling and have experienced different massages, I LOVED my Head Spa experience, it was all I imagined and more. I decided to get the mini facial as well. You will leave there feeling cleansed and relaxed- physically and spiritually. 10/10

Absolutely amazing. The professionalism Jennifer shows is top tier while also having a warm and inviting environment and personality. The Japanese head spa was everything I imagined and some! My hair feels 10x healthier and I loved being able to see the before and after of my hair follicles. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs a hair-revamp or looking to relax!

Embarrassingly, I’ve had a lot of build up on my hair the last few months that I could not get rid of on my own. I have thick curly hair and go to the gym and sweat everyday so those made it extremely difficult to know where to turn when I wasn’t seeing results. After doing some research, I found the Greenville Hair Spa and was hopefully the would be able to help me. I just finished my first ever session with Laniey and I about cried. The before and after were jaw dropping. My scalp has never help this clean and I’m so excited to be relieved of this burden. She was so educational about the process and products that I felt extremely confident leaving my hair in her hands. The treatment session itself was amazing and so relaxing. I was a little nervous with my build up that would take away from the experience but I literally felt like I was at a spa. Would highly recommend booking a session with Laniey for a scalp analysis and treatment. This 90 minute session helped give me confidence about my hair again and I’ll be forever grateful to her for that.

Lainey is the absolute BEST soul on this earth! You can tell how passionate she is about what she does. She is so knowledgeable and extremely comforting during the entire session. She’s one of those people that you meet and also feel like you have known her forever. I have cancer and needed some special accommodations, Lainey passed no judgement and quickly acted to make me comfortable. Although I had little to no hair, she made me feel beautiful! I would 100% recommend this service!

This was my first time ever experiencing a head spa and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had. Lainey was the one who did my treatment. She was so amazing and welcoming. She talked me through every step so that I knew what to expect. I have never been more relaxed than I was at the Greenville Head Spa. if i could give it a million stars i would!!! this place is amazing. Lainey and Ashton made me feel welcome upon walking through the door. The atmosphere felt like a warm hug. They started with a consultation of my scalp and showed me how built up my scalp was. The facial that Ashton gave me was so relaxing and made my face feel so clean. and Lainey Began the scalp treatment and i basically fell asleep. !!! now i have crazy dry scalp so the results for my scalp was crazy, it was pretty much all gone !

I set an appointment for a certain date, got a confirmation text, scheduled my whole day around it since I don’t live very close, got there 10 min early, nobody was there. I responded to their text, sent a text to the number they provided, called their number and left a voice message. Waited at least 20 minutes in case maybe they were late. Today is 2 days after the appointment was supposed to be. I have heard no response yet.

Both my husband and I have been clients of Jennifer's since we moved from Manhattan, NY. Let me say that in my experience, it's not easy to find both a "superior" colorist coupled with a very talented hair stylist in the same professional, and Jennifer is all that and then some! Most importantly, Jennifer listens and works with you because she takes pride in her work and wants you to be happy when you leave her salon.

This was my first time going to Greenville Head Spa and it was the most amazing experience. I highly recommend it. I'm going back again in a couple of weeks. Laney was phenomenal and was able to explain our hair type and what was going on in terms of the damage and what we needed to do to fix it. She is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and it was an extremely amazing experience.
