Crystal Gresham- Giles is a magician! She is an extraordinary master stylist, who always has the best interest of the customer in mind. While at the salon, Crystal finds a way to do more than just hair… she makes you feel better through her words of encouragement and inspiration. This is truly her calling and I’m glad that I found her! Oh, and her assistant, Ms. Kayla is equally amazing!! Do yourself a favor, call her immediately. I get my hair done every week. It looks amazing and healthy every time. Before Crystal I was struggling with chemical breakage and finding a stylist with “je ne sais quoi”. Crystal never disappoints. Her assistant, Kayla, is kind and very knowledgeable as well. I look and feel so beautiful every visit.

This salon gets two thumbs down from me. Upon entry, I was greeted by her assist who performed a consultation. In the middle of the consultation and me answering the questions that I was being asked, Crystal came over to participate. When I told her that I wear protective styles in between relaxers, Crystal became agitated and tried to bully me into coming in every two weeks for service. She literally pulled up a chair and spoke to me very disrespectfully, all while telling me that things has to be done her way, such as coming in to see her every two weeks and sleeping on a satin pillow, that she conveniently tried to sell to me at check out. She also spoke about me, while "training" her assistant, as if I wasn't there. I simply told her that I was very indecisive when it came to my hair and she told her assistant while I was sitting there that it probably wasn't about my hair. I was completely shocked that she disrespected me in that way. She stated in that same conversation that she felt the same way that I did, but that she had a lot going on. What she tried to do was project onto me whatever she was going through. Believe it or not, that's not all. During the service, she could not keep a straight face. She turned her nose up at me a couple of times and even rolled her eyes. I had never had a conversation with her or even interacted with her, so I was completely confused as to where that behavior was coming from. Why didn't Ieave? I had an event to attend the next day and knew that I would not be able to find another stylist on such short notice. When I got home, I sent her a message on social media detailing what I stated here. Crystal was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude during this professional experience. That's not the full story, there is more, but I will leave it there. Needless to say, I won't be getting my hair done every two weeks lol, at least not here anyways.

I no longer have flowing long hair, but as you can see my barber Marlon takes especially great care in keeping me bald and beautiful. Marlon is one of the best! Great care! Great quality! Great services (including facials and more)! Great prices!

This is truly the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. The girls are so professional and the energy in the salon is amazing!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it! It makes you feel like you are at your aunties house in the most professional way possible lol…. Will definitely make this my go to for all my hair needs. I love this place!♥️

Have been going to Gresham-Giles Salon for 4 years now. Crystal and her colleagues are always professional and personable. It is a great, relaxing and a fun place to get pampered. Crystal is absolutely great. She really knows her stuff. I have NEVER been disappointed and I love Crystal's goal that no matter what your hair is like, her goal is Healthy hair. I went in there looking hurt and left out looking BEAUTIFUL!! I would share before and after pics but I’m too embarrassed of the before so I’ll just show an after! I got a sew-in when I went with minimal leave out (I’ve attached a picture of my hair a couple of weeks after install) Danielle, is my stylist but everyone in there is amazing!! There are barbers there as well! Everyone is super friendly, the products and equipment that they use is top quality and leaves your hair soo healthy! I love this salon and highly recommend!!

Her professionalism is high level with great attention to details. It is highly evident that customer service is priority. The customer service is very inviting, and I greatly appreciated it.
