I went here earlier today and these people are very racist they will not give you a conversation they told me they were closed and it's only 5:10 when I walked in the store but on the door they say they are open 9:00 to 6:00 this is the second time that I try getting service from them and getting denied they employees are very rude

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They chopped my daughters long hair. asked for 1" trim with some long layers. not experienced. Thick chunky layers very SHORT CHOPPY!! she left crying absolutely devastated!!! she had graduation and was very upset. they cut my hair more than 1-2 was like 3-4” cut over the chair with long hair. DO NOT GO!! 3 of us & not 1 got decent trim hair chopped up. Had to pay to go elsewhere and fix.

Estaba hecha garras de mi cabello, chamuscado con pelos cortos y largos del bleach y aparte con un trabajo mal hecho que me havian hecho de otro salón 2 dias antes, se me miraba un chocoflan...llegue hace 2 años con Verónica y me arreglo el desastre que me havian hecho, desde allí ya no la cambio, yo estoy feliz con su trabajo, me deja el cabello bonito, me lo cuida al ponerme bleach, ya tengo mi cabello parejo y me ha crecido bastante, estoy mas que encantada...✨️👌👍 gracias por tu trabajo Veronica

La primera vez que fui fue hace un mes, yo tenía el cabello muy largo y quería un corte corto, griselda me hizo lo que probablemente es y será el mejor corte de cabello que yo eh tenido. Hoy volví a ir para que me hagan exactamente el mismo corte, lamentablemente Griselda no me atendió y me hicieron un corte totalmente distinto, el chiste era dejar un lado más largo que el otro pero me lo emparejo, fue doloroso ver cómo arruinan mi oportunidad para hablar con mujeres por los próximos dos meses, y sin poder verme al espejo tuve que decirle a la señora que si me gusto el corte por educación, me queda claro que la única que sabe cortar el pelo es Griselda, Te quiero mucho Griselda ojalá pudieras cortarme el pelo siempre, dile a tus compañeras que no valen vrg

i’ve gone here for many years and my hair always turns out amazing. veronica is the best and is very professional and helpful. i’ve bleached and dyed my hair many times and it used to look horrible but she saved my hair everytime.

DONT COME HERE, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They are like COCKATOOS talking at each other and cuting, cuting, cuting at the same time. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING while the poor customer is scared and ignored and at the end the result is HORRIBLE. That happens to me and to all the people who were there!!

El peor lugar para cortarse el pelo no puedes simplemente elegir a qué persona cortar tu cabello porque muchos de ellos no saben lo que quiere el cliente, Dije que quería mi copete y adivina qué hicieron me la corto, ellos me hizo sentir que tenía la culpa porque le expliqué que quería un corte y ella no hizo ninguna pregunta antes, de que lo supiera, mi copete se cortó esta es la segunda vez que vengo aquí y yo pongo mi confianza pensando que habrá algunos en los que pueda confiar allí Ahora me tengo que comprar un sombrero porque no, no me lo dejaron todo bien , parece que un perro me mordió el pelo y sin vergüenza todavía me hicieron pagar yo tenía el pelo largo y supongo que no tienen sentido común por qué tiene largo El cabello no es obvio desde hace 6 meses Lo he dejado crecer y ahora tengo un corte de pelo de adicto al crack. Pues Si te gusta Halloween, entonces sé mi invitado y córtate el pelo aquí porque dos de todos los trabajadores allí saben cómo cortar el pelo, y ellos son que estan mas afuera de la lugar

Highly disappointed in the way they handle their business. They double book hairstylist and hand you off to whoever is available. I did not even get a proper haircut. I have been coming here for years sad to say never again.

Very friendly and quick. Reasonable prices and good service. I like Griselda personally but all the hair stylists are good.
