Absolutely thrilled with my experience at GroomHouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff exuded positivity. Jenessa, is incredible—she transformed my hair into a masterpiece with her precision and flair. The absolute best stylist in the city! One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the facial and scalp treatment. It was pure bliss! My skin felt revitalized after the facial, and the scalp massage was heavenly, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I walked out of the salon feeling great! I was looking for a new barber this past summer and decided to try Groom House after seeing all the great reviews on here. Roanni gave me the best haircut I have ever had! We talked a lot about how my hair grows and what I am looking for (in my case, to try something a little different and grow my hair out longer). After my first haircut, I received tons of compliments even weeks and even months later. I have since been back three times. She and the rest of the team at Groom House are fantastic and I recommend them to everyone looking for a great haircut and a tailored experience.

I absolutely guarantee you will not regret booking an appointment with Natasha! She gave me a great haircut with impeccable attention to detail! She is punctual and fun too with great conversations, but also keenly aware of my time on those busier days. If you want someone who listens to what you want in a haircut… well now you know whom to ask for. Natasha. Perfect service and I did not even get to the view. This place will make you not want to return to your office. Literally breathtaking views of New York Public Library with an ultra modern feel! It’s a place you will look forward to coming to. Move over Zero Bond and Rao’s. What you absolutely have to love about New York is what’s on the other side of that door. Tell me I’m wrong. In this case, you can expect nothing less than a smile, spectacular service from the entire staff, and one SICK view! So I won’t spoil it for you. Trust the process. As a dear friend would tell me. Checkmate. And yes you do leave there looking and feeling like the King of this jungle. .

I've been going to Groom House for about half a year and am so pleased with the haircuts Roanni has given me over this time. She is wonderful at working with you to understand what kind of cut or style you're looking for and masterful at executing on that vision. The space is also invitingly open and relaxing. It's a nice break from the pedestrian traffic around Bryant Park.

I’ve been going to groom house for almost 2 years now. Started with Janessa and now work with Roanni. Both have been great in cutting my hair with always having a plan in place for each haircut. They were able to help me come up with a look for my wedding day and execute it over the course of a few haircuts! I always look forward to my next haircut because of the high level service, the environment they set, and how detail oriented they are from first entering until the second I leave. Highly recommend coming here for your haircut/styling. I always leave feeling satisfied with how my haircut came out and love how long the haircut last!

I'm in NYC for the summer and needed a haircut. After some searching, I found Groom House, and I'm so glad I did. The location is convenient; the salon is beautiful with lots of natural light; and the service is excellent. Special thanks to Nadia, my stylist, who is awesome! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I normally wouldn't leave a review but I feel like I was conned out of a couple hundred dollars and don't want this to happen to anyone else. Won't say the name of the stylist but they did everything that I asked them not to do. Figured that it might look better if I let it grow out but couldn't wait any longer than 3 weeks before having someone try to fix it.
