This salon is sooo cute! Recently had a tattoo appt w Kennedy. She is literally the kindest tattoo artist you will ever meet. She is so patient + light handed which is a plus! Can’t wait to see her again for more work :)

I moved away from Dallas 2+ years ago, and I still come to see Jasmine when I’m in town because she’s the only person who knows how to cut my hair and never disappoints. All of the people who work here are great stylists—you won’t find a better salon in Dallas. They are worth every penny! Thanks Jasmine!

This is one of the best Salons I've ever been to and I've lived all over the country... and I'm extremely picky on who I let cut my hair or color it and the staff at Groove is Amazing... Tiffany did the color... Blue n Pink and I LOVE IT.

Tiffany is a miracle worker! I used very pink splat dye on my hair (shameful, I know) and she managed to get it out with little-to-no damage so I didn’t look like a mess for my best friend’s wedding! Reasonably priced as well!

I love this hair salon. The salon has a great atmosphere and a fun style. I meet with Tiffany for my vibrant colors. She is very great at communicating and she takes the time to ensure your your hair is perfect 👌 10/10 would recommend her and this salon :)

I was having trouble finding a stylist that could tackle the job. I called this place because of the previous reviews. I called and the receptionist said that Jasmine could do what I was wanting. My first appointment should have been my first sign. The time booked was not enough time for the work I needed. At that time, Jasmine was gracious and gave me a trim and did some work for the time booked, some bleach and toner. We scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out to complete the work. Something she said could be done on the next visit. So today, I left with tri-colored hair. In Jasmines words "I don't know what your hair is doing" She claimed she would have done what I wanted. Apparently my hair does what it wants, not what the stylist is doing to it. She was very unprofessional and after messing up my hair color, had the nerve to have an attitude when she saw the look on my face and when I told her I was unhappy. Not sure who would be happy with bleach blonde, gray and green hair, and brown with salt & pepper roots. I understand that my request was a difficult one, but don't say you can do the job when you can't! Needless to say, I won't be going back. Be careful with that stylist. Make sure she understands what you are wanting because apparently she didn't understand my request. Still had the nerve to try and charge me the full price. I paid partial, only to not make of a scene! More than I should have for a botched hair color!!

I’m very disappointed in the service to the point i walked out before i could even get my hair cut. i had an appointment at 3:30 and called at 3:10 to let them know i’d be about 10 minutes late due to a road closure. i get there and there’s no one downstairs to check me in and the one stylist is upstairs with a customer so i didn’t want to bother her. after waiting for 10 minutes the receptionist finally comes out and asks who i’m here for and that that she’ll let the stylist know. over 30 minutes pass and the stylist asks if i’m here (talking to the receptionist) and finds out i’ve been here the whole time and lets me know she’s finishing up with the current customer and will get me in. i wait another 20 minutes and at this time it’s 4:20 and i’m done waiting for a haircut when i scheduled an appointment for 3:30. i end up walking out at 4:30 very disappointed in the customer service. what’s the point in scheduling an appointment if you’re still going to make customers wait an hour?!

Tiffany at Groove Salon is amazing! She communicated with me before my appointment to make sure we were on the same page, she really took her time making sure every step of the color process was perfect, her prices were very reasonable, and i have EPIC haircolor. You guys are awesome!
