From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted and felt very welcome, a nice perk was a beverage offer as we were seated. Nail tech Peter is very personable and my daughters tech was very talented and knocked it put of the park with her talent to fit my daughters wants on her nails. The place is very clean, stylish, and intimate.

Had such a nice experience at Group Beauty Co! The team there was super friendly from the moment I called for an appointment to the moment I walked out the door afterwards. They have a really nice selection of colors and options, and if you’re looking for shiny chrome colors THIS is the place to get them! I chose bronze chrome, which was painted with a deep red underneath, giving it an unexpected fiery hue in certain light. Beautiful! Cindy and Kelly were extremely pleasant and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure I loved my new look. Thank you so much! I’ll be back for sure.

I stumbled upon this salon while shopping at my favorite flower and gift shop, Nature’s Best Floral. I had some time to kill, and the sign said walk-ins welcome. At the time, there was only one customer in the salon and three people working, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I quickly experienced buyers’ remorse. The windows are covered with advertising, making it hard to know what you’re walking into. The atmosphere was far from warm or welcoming—no smiles, no communication (likely due to a language barrier), and no effort to make me feel comfortable or appreciated as a customer. I opted for a basic mani/pedi with no polish, which came to $92 before the 20% tip. I don’t mind paying a premium for good service, but this was overpriced and underwhelming. The experience lacked the attention to detail and hospitality that would justify the cost. Sadly, this place felt more like another “chop shop” with zero focus on customer experience. While I left a tip out of courtesy, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.

Love the nails here! Kelly is also very friendly and does good nail art. Very clean and tidy. They also have regular nail polish for your pedi that will also match your mani! They also offer a free beverage during your nail appt. Have been going here with my mom for a while.

I will never be going back to that salon again after the way the owner treated me. I had an appointment to get a manicure done and unfortunately I was around 8 or 9 minutes late due to my job I was racing to get to the salon and when I got there the wife's owner said that they couldn't see me anymore and that Kimmie the technician that I scheduled with was not available anymore and she was literally seating there and couldn't see me. The owner also said that they could had booked another client at that time, I asked her if anyone else could see me or fit me in but she literally didn't care to work with me at all she was very cold!! I had been there maybe four other times and she charged the deposit and soon as I left her salon she charged the rest to my credit card without giving me any service what so ever!! I don't care for rude people like that,they can have a very nice looking salon but great customer service will keep people coming back and they don't have that. I wouldn't give them any star at all but unfortunately I have to press one.

Absolutely loved my experience at Group Beauty Co.! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless everything was, it’s clear the owners & staff take cleanliness seriously, which made me feel so comfortable. The environment was warm and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly & made me feel right at home. Son took the time to listen to what I wanted and was super attentive to every detail! He didn’t rush through any part of the service. My nails look flawless & the whole experience was just wonderful! Highly recommend Group Beauty Co. to anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderful experience!

Hi Green Bay! I can say that this salon has great nail products and is very clean. It is with heartfelt sadness to write this experience but the customer service needs to be shared. I was a long time client, over 7 years to the owner following him from one salon to his own. However, my recent appointment turned into my last. When he opened his new salon, I wanted to support them and become more than a nail client. I tried lashes and eyebrow care with his wife, but the style/work was not how I wanted my appearance to look. It is not bad work but not my style. I believe, this was held against me in the end. Ever since I did not continue, she cold shouldered me whenever I was there, which is point one of bad customer service. Using the online booking system, you select your technician and service. On my last appointment, I selected the owner’s wife (trying to extend an olive branch) and my service, as he was not available and I had an event pop up. I was texted an hour before and asked if I could come later because they were busy and running behind. I agreed to the new time. When I showed, I was placed with someone different with no reason why when I asked- just told “you are wish xxxx over there.” The owner’s wife was clearly not busy during my appointment and was on her phone. Completely pawned off, point two of bad customer service. I tried to contact them three separate times, point three of bad customer service, to learn why this happened. I finally got an email back that this salon is no longer a fit for me. Completely absurd behavior and awful customer service by her in my opinion. In the response it also says I’ve created two conflicts but as you can see, I don’t see how I created this conflict. It also says I have no showed/no called twice. Once was because she changed my appointment incorrectly and the second I truly had a emergency come up with my grandpa and had to take him to the doctor (it wasn’t on my mind to call.) As someone wrote below, I’m sure this will be spun around in efforts to keep reviews positive but I included pictures of our communication for you own interpretation.

Sylvia did a great job on my pedi. She paid a lot of attention to my nails. I love the salon! It’s clean, organized and lots of colors to choose from. I recommend the be Deva collection 😊. I’ll definitely be back and tell all my friends. Thank you

Modern and cleanly salon, absolutely loved the atmosphere. The polish choices are very neatly organized and easy to choose your color. Came in for an acrylic fill and will definitely be returning!

Sylvia did an amazing job on my brows. She asked me about how much makeup I usually wear to be sure to get the color correct. She worked around my crazy schedule to get me in and never made me feel un-easy about it. Sylvia and Son are both very welcoming in their salon. I own a farm and beauty salons are not my thing, but they are so kind! I love my brows and so happy I do not have to try to paint them on anymore because honestly I wouldn't do it anyways 🙃

Edit: Lies from the owners. “Over the past year” isn’t possible when I got my services less than 5 months ago and they’ve only been in business since August. I never received emails and they only called after seeing a negative review to harass me about it. Leaving a negative review isn’t harassment—that’s ridiculous. Between reading reviews here and on Facebook and the owners’ responses to bad reviews, it seems they take any chance to blame the customer when negative feedback is left. Stay away from here; they will not stand behind their customers at all. There are plenty of salons that do beautiful work and are run ethically. ————————— I got a lovely pedicure here and a not so lovely acrylic manicure. Based on other pictures/reviews, it seems like they do wonderful gel and dip, but maybe acrylic just isn’t their forte. I will also say that the salon itself is gorgeous. I’ll give two stars just because my pedicure was nice and the salon is beautiful. What I hate most about this place, however, is that the owners seem to try to go negative back in response to any negative review in an effort to embarrass the reviewer, likely to get them to take their review down and keep the salon looking good. Horribly unethical. Interested to see how they’ll respond here.

Everyone was so nice and my nails were done well, unfortunately it was way out of my price range. I was not informed that I would have to pay an extra $15 for length. I was called after and the owner was sweet about the situation. I just really don’t recommend for people putting themselves through college.

I've been to 2 other nail salons in GB that were okay but didn't quite meet the expectations I was hoping for. I don't get my nails done often so when it came to getting my nails done for my wedding I was hesitant on who to go to. I brought a reference photo that had fine line detail work and crossed my fingers. Son did my nails exactly like the photo! I was very impressed and super happy with the finished result. The place itself is gorgeous, clean, good music, good vibes. I'll definitely be back!

Loved every bit of this experience! Super luxurious & modern vibe with good music and kind staff. The owners work in the location as well, and are super personable. I came in with a rough set of nails that weren’t done right. They were able to get my nails to a classy/ natural looking set of nail. 10/10 experience :)

This salon is extremely clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter and I have been several times and really enjoy chatting with the owners and team. Each time has been a great experience! They are up to date on new trends and do an amazing job on both manis and pedis.
