Today was my 2nd time coming to this salon and every time has been wonderful! All the employees are so sweet and respectful and you always walk out looking like the best version of yourself. I would recommend this salon to anyone!:)

Amazing Experience – Will Definitely Be Back! I just had the best experience at Grow! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the salon is so cute and relaxing – I instantly felt comfortable. My stylist, Morgan B., was awesome! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions that really worked with my hair. The color turned out perfect – exactly what I was hoping for (if not better)! You can tell she really knows her stuff. The whole team was so nice and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. I left feeling totally refreshed and loving my new look. I’m definitely coming back and would recommend Grow to anyone looking for a great salon experience!

Nice establishment, when getting the haircut parts of my hair is noticeably longer than the other side. I asked for half an inch trim and some layering. The barber proceeded to cut a minimum of 2 inches off with some parts getting 4 inches of hair cut off. The barber seemed genuinely sorry for giving the bad haircut, but that doesn’t stop the fact that I’ll have to wear a hat for the next 2-3 weeks and the fact that it’ll take me 2-3 months for the hair to regrow.

i’ve not only had the privilege of being a client here, but also working here as an assistant for a couple months was truly like no other salon. everyone was so helpful in training me and getting me to the level i felt comfortable taking a random client. the salon is like an ant farm, in which everyone does their job and makes the entire place run smoothly. i will always recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional salon experience.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience with Grow's wedding team. I loved my trial so much that I added hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner too. The team of stylists were so friendly, polite and ridiculously talented. They made my family, bridesmaids and myself look and feel amazing on the wedding day. I would highly recommend to any bride!!!

Brent did a LOT of work on my hair and I have never felt so good and confident after a haircut! I was a little unsure of what I wanted, and Brent took my ideas and perfected them! He made me feel so at ease and I’m so happy with the results!

I have never been to a salon before, just chain stores, and was not sure what to expect. My experience with Brent was probably one of the best haircuts, as well as customer experiences I have ever received. While being professional and welcoming, he was able to help me pick the haircut and style I was looking for, even though I was feeling nervous conveying what I wanted in a new environment. The haircut, washing, and styling was incredibly relaxing and Brent made it a great environment. At this point, I don't think I could trust anyone else to trust with haircuts, so I'll be immediately recommending him and Grow to anyone I meet. Thank you so much for a great first time experience!

Jill Evans is a 5 star top of the chart hair colorist! In my opinion, the Best in Knoxville. Her customer service is impeccable! She listens to what her clients want with their hair color and her performance is always on point! If you you want the Best, look no further! The Grow team and Jill Evans is wonderful!

The cut was great but I can not say the same for the color. I wanted red highlights added to my blonde hair. I was told that was hard to maintain though I've had that numerous times in the past and agreed to do red with blonde highlights. I am not seeing any blonde in my hair. My hair is as red as Dorthy's slippers from the Wizard of Oz. I called and they will be happy to fix it for half the price. No thanks. I've already paid $300 to not see any blonde. I should not have to pay to have it corrected. The red would not look half bad if it actually had the blonde chunks that I thought I was getting. I'll be paying someone else to fix it. I should have said something the night I left but honestly I was in shock and just hoping I would feel okay about it the next day and I did not. I gave 2 stars because the cut was nice and the salon itself was nice. Update: Got my hair fixed at a different salon on Saturday. When I sat down her response was "Oh My" .Thankful I no longer look like Ronald McDonald as my hair was now red and orange with a red ring in the crown of my head. It is now blended and looks much better but took me going elsewhere to get it fixed.

You can't find a better colorist than Jill Evans! She really cares about her clients and always does a great job. You can tell that the people at Grow really care about their clients. Everything is done in a thoughtful, beautiful way.

I got my curly hair cut by Taylor and let me say I freaking LOVE it! I'm a mom to a toddler and one on the way and I really started to not feel like myself. I hated my hair I hadn't liked my hair in a long time. Taylor listened to me not only to what I wanted but just girl to girl listened to me. It was such an amazing first experience with Grow! I will DEFINITELY forever be booking Taylor and coming back! Also the environment and building is SO clean and SO welcoming! If you've been wondering to give this place a try DO IT! You won't regret it!!

I recently had my hair highlighted by Alex and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! He did an amazing job of bringing out the best in my black hair - the highlights look natural and vibrant. I was a bit nervous about trying a new stylist, but Alex's expertise and attention to detail put me at ease. He took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered exactly that. I'm so satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and talented stylist. Five stars and can't wait for my next appointment!

While I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and Brent, I must express my dissatisfaction with the outcome of my recent perm appointment. Despite following Brent's instructions meticulously, the results were not as expected—my hair ended up flat and frizzy. Given my previous experiences with perms, this outcome was particularly disappointing. I have yet to receive a response from Olivia regarding a possible resolution, since they do not offer refunds for their services. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

First off the salon is gorgeous! Second, I took my 12 year old daughter here to get a haircut based on some recommendations from others in our local Facebook group. We have struggled for years to find someone who can cut and style her hair correctly, only for my daughter to be disappointed every time. Until we met Rae today!! Rae was absolutely amazing, she actually educated my daughter on how to take care of her hair. Then she gave her a gorgeous cut and style, my daughter has not stopped smiling since we left! Rae is one of the best stylists I have ever met and we will now exclusively be going to see her and no one else. Thank you so much for an amazing experience for my daughter. I will be recommending your salon to everyone!!
