I got a Brazilian for the first time ever, and Letti was extremely efficient and made the process as painless as it can get. I was surprised at how easy it went. I also got eyelash extensions with her, the Volume set and they were exactly what I wanted. On top of the dramatic look they lasted up until my next appointment which was 3 weeks ahead. I will keep coming back.

Letti is literally an amazing soul!! Just such a good person. I've been going with her to get my lashes done for months now and she NEVER FAILS! My retention is always 4weeks plus! And the only reason i know what retention means is because she EDUCATED me on what that means (means how long my lashes last for). Talk about someone who truly cares about her clients and her reputation i mean she even offers her own discounts and courtesy services! I used to go with another lash tech before her and I would have never known what I was missing until I landed with her! She cleans my lashes right before I get them done which my other girl did not do BTW. It's so serene and such a peaceful environment when I go and get them done the ambiance is great. I seriously look forward to going every single time because I know when I go I'm going to be taken care of laying in peace while she's making me look so good! Also another thing is my eyes used to always burn with the other tech but with her!! I've never been in pain! Not once!! And she knows what will look good on me too!! She has a gift! 🥹🙏🏼 I'm going to try the Brazilian wax next but just a lil nervyy but I know she does great on that too! If you see this Letti Thank you for all that you are and do! I got a lash lift from Letti and I loved it. She educated me on lash extensions and explained the process. I finally decided to get them with Letti and I’m so glad I did! She is so sweet, has the best customer service and offers so many great services. I definitely recommend this place.

I hesitated doing this review, because I didn't want to leave a bad review. I'll start by saying I was referred here by a friend. She liked it, and the service they offered. She got a facial. I came here, on her behalf of a good review. I came to get the Brazilian and armpit wax. I will say the first few times I came here The esthetician ( who provided the service) seem kind and enjoyed what she did for a living. I liked her vibe and continued to come back here. My visits were on and off, so it wasn't so often that I came here. I recently came here, last year, back in May. I came to get another wax, only this time it was a full body wax. I also paid for my eye brows to be shaped. I am aware that the esthetician does say in the memo, before the appointment, that there may be redness, or bruising of some sort but It'll go away. She did provide me knowledge on what to do, each time after every session. I was excited because this was my first time doing a full body wax and eyebrow shaping. After she was finished, I looked at my eyebrows and noticed that she added some brow tint and concealer. I liked my brows at first. It was time for me to remove the tint and concealer, from my face. I noticed that one of my eye brows were shorter than the other one. She may have not meant to do it, but that was my first time letting someone touch my eyebrows. It didn't meet my expectations, I didn't like them. The next day, I noticed that I started breaking out with bumps all over my face. I was very mad about that, but was sure that it would fade away according to the esthetician. A few days later, I noticed that my back started breaking out with bumps. The bumps were big and visible. They made my back look very ugly. It took almost a month for them to go away. I broke out and had a bad reaction to the wax that was used on my body and face. I'm sure she didn't mean to do that, but I spent a lot of money here trusting her with my face and my body. I had to order some backney skin care to make the ugly bumps go away. Now I'm left with dark marks and darks spots that reminds me of the day, I went here, to pamper myself. I'm not gonna lie, I got very mad and upset about that, but kept it to myself. I'm sharing my experience, because as customer, I should always get qaulity service, especially at the cost that I paid for it. I just wasn't satisfied 😕 and wish that I could of gotten my money back, although I did not ask for a refund, but it's ok. It's nothing personal. I'm just sharing my experience as a disappointed customer.

I was at a loss when I had to find a new lash tech after going with another lash professional whom I had been with for couple of years. Having to start over with someone new was a bit scary but thank God for Ms Letty! She is very professional and takes the time to get to know you to provide the best service she can tailored for my needs. She is always on time and works professionally throughout my session, knows her stuff, and accommodates my busy schedule!! !! I love the appointment reminders too!! It really helps keep me on track! Thank you Letty!!

I was really excited to try this establishment out based on the reviews, but I was disappointed after all was said and done. Once I got home I had to trim quite a bit off to make them look less like car wash bristles. On the plus side: The young lady was very sweet. The negatives are as follows: the products/lashes qualities were extremely low end. They come across as clumpy mascara and look worse than Target lashes. If better quality lashes were used it would make a world of difference. Technique: I’m not sure if she was in a rush, or busy reading her texts on her phone, as there was a ton of pinching and one scrape on my eyelid. If the end result was fabulous, I could probably forgive the pinching of my eyelids. Sadly, I would not recommend this place for lash extensions unless products were greatly improved and 100% of the techs time was dedicated to the client during their appointment. The potential for greatness is there and I do hope this is received as base for improvement. This is an update due to my review was replied by the business. The technician’s name was Letti and my appointment was in June. Photos being posted/uploaded serves no purpose at this point and my words should be enough. Invest in better quality lashes and keep devices at bay. It will help you stand above the rest. If anything, if I was a savvy entrepreneur, I would open my own salon with quality lashes and committed techs and advertise as such. Again, the potential is there for you to bring in quality lashes to El Paso and I’m sure your clientele would be willing to pay a little more for it as well. I tried my best to word this in such a way to not insult your business, but I also wanted to warn potential new clients what to expect. Hopefully you can grow from this. Thank you!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for about a year. Letti (the owner) is amazing. I’ve gotten facials and she left my skin soft and radiant. I’ve also had waxing done. We discussed and Letti did my lip blush. She is super kind, informative and helpful. With all of her services she is professional and all around wonderful. ♥️

Over the last 2-3 years I have been going to the best of the best, owner and lash tech Letty. I can never ever stop going because of the absolute amazing work that she does. I am In love. I love myself more, and see my beauty flourish. I have gotten many services such as Lashes, all types of waxes, and teeth whitening at some point. Stop and look no further!! This is THEE place for eyelash extensions. Letty the owner is a true artist and definitely craftswoman when it comes to her eyelash sets. I switched after having trouble with getting my eyelash extensions to last longer than a week and now since consistently going with Letty I can go 3-4 weeks in between my fills. She truly is amazing at what she does and I cannot her recommend enough!!

Very professional and welcoming salon! It was my first time ever doing lashes and I'm so glad Letti was recommended to me. So far I've had no problems what so ever with getting accustomed to them and the retention is amazing! My first set was a classic and by my 3 week appt they still looked like new! They also do the most outstanding work when it comes to permanent makeup which I have gotten done by them as well, and once again no problems and left with such amazing work done!! UPDATE: I can’t recommend this business enough. The second appt I had Aimee. I will say the appt was quite long and I had a bad reaction (red eyes) but it went away and Aimee was SO PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZING! I emailed the business about my concerns and letty responded right away, Aimee contacted me right away, and both were literally the sweetest and so apologetic. I couldn't finish the appt bc my eyes were too sensitive, but Aimee told me to come back in for free to finish and even came in on the weekend outside her normal work hours (so sorry Aimee but I can't thank you enough!!) the lashes look so fantastic and during my follow up appt which I thought was just to do a quick fill, she did a full fill in which she wasn't going to charge me for (literally, sweetest person ever). The second time she used a different tape and I had zero redness or uncomfortability/pain whatsoever. She gave up almost 2.5 hours of her Sunday afternoon to ensure I was taken care of and these are by far the best lash set I've ever had. Aimee is amazing, you are missing out if you don't go to her. Also Aimee if you could move to DC and do my lashes forever I would love that I am OBSESSED with this place! I’ve been getting my lashes done for about six years now and I have never had such a good experience. I had Enrique, and despite being fairly new to lashes, he did the most thorough and complete job ever. I had lashes on from a different place, but for an extra fee they will fill the lashes. He first started by cleaning my lashes which I have never had done before and he was shocked. He explained every step to me, to include putting a bonding agent on them after I was about done which I’ve also never had before. There was also zero burning or redness and discomfort. He and his wife run the place and they were so sweet! It took a little longer than I’m used to (usually it takes about 45 mins for a fill, it took about 1:45 here) which is absolutely okay with me because he did such a fantastic job and it seems like the longer time was because he was wayyy more thorough than anyone I’ve ever been to. If you are going anywhere else for a full set or fill you’re wrong, you absolutely must go to Enrique!! Will update again when I can add a pic!
