Walked in for a 45 min massage. I had an incredible service by Peter. He was very professional and checked in with me about pressure to make sure I was comfortable. If I could rate them 6 stars, I would.

I just walked in for a massage when I was visiting Seattle last week. The place is nice and has a nice vibe but the lady who gave me the massage was absolutely terrible. I asked her so many times to reduce the pressure and to stop massaging my neck but she wouldn’t listen. All she did for the entire time was putting her entire weight on my back. Not recommended.

I recently visited GW Relax Station, due to a neck spasm I woke up with, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Kevin was absolutely incredible! He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me exactly what I needed—a deep tissue massage with strong pressure. After just one hour, I experienced noticeable improvement in my mobility and range of motion. Kevin truly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff also deserves a shoutout for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to welcome me, even greeting me outside and saving me a parking spot—an unheard-of level of care that made me feel truly valued. This place offers excellent service at an affordable price, and I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone in need of professional, effective massage therapy in a welcoming environment!

I asked for a level 2 soft and am bruised and sore. I was also SHAMED for not tipping 20% so go prepared to tip a minimum of 20% or you will be shamed in front of everyone. I have NEVER had that happen EVER before. I guess that’s why the prices are so low. I’m embarrassed and disappointed.

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Kevin did an absolutely incredible job. It was a true deep tissue massage and exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend checking this spot out. I’ll definitely be returning!

I came here yesterday for a random 30 minute pop in massage. I selected 5 on the pressure scale. My massage was extremely tough despite asking for softer 3 times. I was clenching my fists as he went over certain spots (neck and lower back) extremely hard. I have bruises on my lower back and shoulders. It was very painful and I definitely should have asked to stop and left. I was expecting it to be much softer after I asked after three times. Once my bruises and soreness is gone, I will need to get a massage because of this massage. I hate to say it about a small Business but I would definitely not go here.

Reasonable price for a good massage. I struggle with tense shoulders. Chair massage was great. However, the chair is at the entrance of the shop and unable to thoroughly relax due to bright and being rushed with energy at the entrance. They’ve conquered language barriers with slip sheets for amount due and tips. Also a check in sheet to select your massage and how soft or heavy. Would return!

Awesome massage experience, good price, and comfortable massage tables. Adam was very friendly and very skilled with his deep massage. I came for a sports massage because of sore muscles and will be coming back next week.

I came to this massage parlor through a friend's recommendation. I am a light sleeper and my back was very sore. The masseuse here helped me with physical therapy and improved my pain. I had a 1-hour oil massage this time. It was a great experience. The price was very reasonable. It was only $60 for 1 hour. I will come here often. Thank you very much to the masseuse here.

I have been here once a week since I initially discovered it and it has been such a relief for my poor body. If you have a desk job and sit all day typing and staring at the screen, this place is for you. I get the chair massage and without a saying a word, the wonderful ladies knew exactly what to do. They are intuitive and find all the areas where you are knotted up and need release (shoulders, extremities, neck etc). The space is clean, peaceful and everyone is kind and professional. I love this place and will be back again (and again)!

10/10 all around. Little was communicated between my masseuse and I, but it was not necessary. She knew all of the places I needed it most. It was my first massage fully clothed, but they put a towel on top of you and do their job. She earned every single dollar if not more. I love this place. Do not expect luxury spa experiences, expect people who know how to hurt you in all of the right ways.

10/10 massage. $45 for a full body massage can’t be beat!! I tipped $15 so paid $60 in total. Better and significantly cheaper than fancy massage places like Elements, Massage Envy, etc. I really prefer clothed massages to full service massages just due to the fact that I don’t like the feeling of lotion/oil on my body, so this is perfect for me. They use a bit of unscented lotion on neck and face (yes they massage your face!!). I appreciate that it is unscented. The woman who was my therapist did a great job targeting my problem areas without me having to even point them out. I felt like I was just melting into the table. She stretched my limbs a bit too which felt really good. I am definitely going to come here regularly! Try to pay in cash as there’s a $2 card fee. Make sure you tip well, I promise it’s worth it.

Can't tell you how excited I am that this massage place has opened up in Ballard! I've probably been every week since they've opened. Massages are absurdly reasonably priced (they have a $38/hour special for any 1 hour service going on right now, but otherwise is it $45/hour). It really feels like I am back in Asia and is so soothing and comforting to me. I like very hard massages that are also nuanced (vs. a therapist that is just pounding your back as much as they can), and Jack is an amazing masseuse that I can recommend. He hits all the right pressure points without it being painful (really, it feels great) and I can really feel the knots in my body unravelling (I am someone who is very prone to knots and tightness) At this point I've tried the 1 hour full body, foot reflexology and combo and I've loved them all. If you are someone who prefers less hard massages, as others have said, there is a sheet of paper that you fill in when you come where you can specify a pressure level. Coco provided the first authentic and very skillful foot massage I’ve had in a very long time after being disappointed several other places. The body massage was also spot on. I asked for firmest pressure and I received it but it was always appropriate. Never did she apply pressure to the point of it being painful. If I felt intensity, it was only where my muscles were tight and needed the help from her. She really knows what she is doing. Tip generously in cash if possible. I could not believe my eyes that it’s offered at $45. In Seattle. In December 2023. Tip generously! I’ve been told other places that charged more that I wasn’t tipping enough. Being hounded to tip more ruins a massage like nothing else. I don’t think this place would be like that, though. Very classy and very high quality.

Great massage for a low price. Bear in mind that my goal is to be turned into a noodle. I did the full body 60 mins massage. The therapist was great. Lots of strong pressure. If you've never had a massage at a place like this, you might be expecting more of a spa atmosphere. This is a place to get tenderized. That's not to say it wasn't a pleasant atmosphere. It's very clean and inviting. I have gotten massages for 4x the price that didn't do as good of a job. They have oil and no oil options. Note that they pay special attention to the scalp so if you're not used to that, I would expect that your hair might get a little mussed, but it was worth it.

I got a 30 min body and 30 min foot. It was amazing. I love that you enter, add you name, the service that you want, your time and the pressure level you want. Then I was lead to the body massage. It was great. Then did a foot massage. Both were so relaxing. I think it’s appropriate to give a $10 tip per 30 minutes, so I gave about $20 (exactly $22) for this one hour service, since it was on sale.

It’s a big and inviting space! The moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and hospitality. 1 hour full body massage for $45 is an incredible value! I tipped $20 and I still consider it to be an amazing value altogether! Check this place out!

This is great value for the price. I can’t afford sports massages but workout a lot and this helped. I’ll be back for sure! The massage was great, they kinda knead you through a towel and apply a lot of pressure if you ask for it.

Was a good experience. The staff is friendly and polite. Very good service for a reasonable price. The only thing that I would change is that the stalls are open and face the foot massage chairs. So there's not much privacy and you don't disrobe so the massage is over your clothes.
