I have the absolute best time seeing Dan for my haircut every couple of months. He is incredibly collaborative and works with my natural hair style instead of fighting it. The staff is consistently kind, funny, and professional. I don't ever feel pressured or anything like what I have had at some other salons in the area. 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Alysha. I've been going to her for a few years and I just love what she does with my hair. I always wanted to try bold colors in my hair (pink, purple, you name it) and the first time I went to her, my hair looked like a piece of art when she was done! Each time I color my hair I let Alysha work her magic and she never disappoints. We’ve tried different color combos and, whatever we decide to use, it looks fabulous! We’ve tried pink & blue, blue, purple, blue & orange — you name it. I get compliments on my hair wherever I go. Alysha is so easy to talk to and such a fun person. I look forward to relaxing and laughing a lot at each appointment.

I absolutely love Virginia! She is an incredibly talented colorist, she spent a lot of time finding the exact mixture of the color I wanted and it’s perfect. She and I talk about my hair desires and concerns and figure out the best course of action. Can’t say enough good things about Virginia!

I love this salon. Everyone is very nice and professional. I usually get my hair done by Virginia, who does an amazing job coloring and styling my hair. They also carry a good selection of Aveda products.

Great customer service from the front desk, using sauna and facilities to my spa service! Drea was spectacular AGAIN!!! She is attentive but can read her customer as to having conversations or not. Everything she has recommended has been excellent and the service was perfect

Loan always does wonderful work. She blends the colors beautifully. Additionally she always has such a positive, kind and welcoming attitude. She introduces me to different products and has given me samples to try, which I have ended up buying and am so happy with. Very grateful for her. Habitude is fortunate to have her.

My visit to Habitude Ballard was a delight from the instant I arrived and Richard came to open the door for me, but to me, the real test of a hair cut is how does it look after I have washed and styled it. Well, let me tell you, the hair cut I got from Kallie is, hands down, the best hair cut I have ever had in my life.🥰

The color results did not match what was promised and my cut was very different than requested. I feel I was not listened to and was over promised during the consultation. During the service, I had to remind Gina (salon manager) that she was supposed to cut my hair when she started drying and styling. She didn’t listen that I like my hair as long as possible with little layers if at all, it was just above my elbow and she wound up cutting layers that end just below my shoulders. It’s a horrible cut with how my natural waves lay, it’s now frizzy and bell shaped and looks so thin at the ends. I have had better cuts from great clips. I left $450 dollars later with a temp gloss about the same color I came in with, with a cut I hate (will probably take 10 mo to a year to grow out) and orange highlights (under the dark gloss, that will wash out in 20 shampoos) instead of dark blond highlights she promised me. I feel a complementary re-dye would have been appropriate. But instead was offered a discounted $225 service to fix the orange. After the wrong communication, over promising results that she couldn’t do, and the horrible haircut that she didn’t listen to me with, not offering a complementary correction, I do not want her to touch my hair again. I do not trust her abilities as a stylist or judgements with customer service. She didn’t listen and I question her skill and knowledge with color.

Alysha does a great job of listening to clients and offering helpful suggestions! She is knowledgeable and caring, and I Look forward to my next service with her! The front desk staff is also kind and courteous, and my whole experience was wonderful!
