Aly was great! Clean, professional. Gel polish came off the same afternoon on one finger nail and chips on other nails. Need harder coat, as I’m very careful so they look good for long time. Very disappointed as I came from out of area and left same day so couldn’t go back. Next time will get in same town staying in case this happens again.

Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Jane did my nails and helped me choose the perfect colors for exactly what i wanted and perfected the design i wanted! was super clean and nice in there! definitely my new nail place! overall a great experience and left very satisfied and happy!!!

Horrible service! Went in for a refill and the nail tech made a mess out of them. I pointed out the crooked nail and they laughed at the nails instead of tryin to fix them. He tried putting a finish coat instead of fix them. I asked numerous of times to get them corrected all of them ignored me. None of them tried to help the newbie fix the mess he created. So unprofessional.

I went to Hachi Spa for the first time today. It was recommended by a friend. The personnel were friendly and professional. The cleanliness was 5 star and the spa itself was gorgeous. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Jocelyn is the best aesthetician - I followed her to Hachi Spa from elsewhere in Naples. She gives the most wonderful mani-pedis and foot and ankle massages! She’s also quite skilled at removing skin tags. She removed several unsightly tags I’d had for years on my neck. Today there is no trace of them - just smooth, healthy skin! Love ya, Gurl! ❤️

Very clean! I also appreciated the excellent foot massage during my pedicure. I've gotten a lot of pedicures and this was probably the best one I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!

We made an impromptu pedicure appointment for 4(!!) people and the staff were very accommodating and gracious. We were provided a glass of wine and made to feel like welcomed guests. Their pricing and service were above and beyond. We will absolutely be back.

BEST pedicure in the Naples area, hands down! It's a very clean, hygienic place (they use plastic liners in pedi tubs, and always take new, clean tools out of packaging). The nail techs are always kind, friendly, and very precise in their work. They have hundreds of colors to choose from, they use scented scrubs, hot towels, and they massage your legs and feet. I get spoiled by this place and miss it when I go home! I always get the gel pedicure with added extras. Highly recommend!

Best Salon around !! I have a hard time finding a good place to go get my nails done . My search is over !!!! Best experience ever ! Steve was wonderful and more than accommodating. Very clean !!. Will definitely be a regular here ! Plus they r open on Sundays ! Thank You again for such wonderful service.
